Food was fantastic. Flavorable and memorable. If you like cocktails and are in Revelstoke, this is the place to go. We ate at the bar and met Richie, the bartender who came up with the cocktail menu. We tried several drinks and they were incredible. Richie has worked at some of the top bars across Canada and is passionate about the craft and service. He also came up with a separate drink menu for the speakeasy in the basement that is definitely worth checking out after dinner....
One of the most wonderful melding of flavors of any restaurant we have been to. I would not even begin to replicate it and that is the kind of restaurant I look for. Ambiance and service was superb!
Food was delicious! We had the pear salad to start followed by Mushroom Pappardelle and Steak Tartare. Everything was delicious! The best dessert: Butterscotch caramel Pot de creme! Delightful. Nice cozy ambience. We will return!
