Well I love my Starbucks and loved that there is a new pit stop with one on this route from Sicamoos back to Calgary. Always quality tea. Love the London Fog. But with the location there were a ton of other adventurers also there. So long wait. One thing is many people not buying anything were using the 1 bathroom. So long wait.

This Starbucks is very slow. Rarely open proper hours. Mobile order is almost always off. Drive through closed today. If they treat the staff the same way they treat the customers I see why they have a hard time getting staff to stay.

It was a Sunday morning and the drive-thru was closed and there was no mobile ordering available. I went in and the lines to order and to get your order were both so long. I stayed in line for a while but I couldn’t stay any longer or I would have been late.

You will wait a very long time for your order. Only two people work here, and they can’t keep up. Starbucks is saving money. This place really needs 5–6 people.
The hours are always changing and always ridiculously awful a chain resturant shouldn't just out of nowhere close at 1pm. And the drive through is never open. This is ridiculous. I know Revelstoke has a staffing issue but this is just absurd

Went here to ATTEMPT to get a cool drink on a long way home to Alberta, just to walk up for it to be closed at peak afternoon. There were workers in the building but a sign up saying they closed at 12. Very disappointing.
