So so slow and it doesn't even seem like the staff are trying to work quickly. One girl with long brown hair and glasses just casually went to the back a couple times and came out empty handed. We got cold brews and they were sooooo weak. Usually I order in a bigger cup to add water since the cold brew is strong but we had to ask for more cold brew because we could just taste syrupy water. Even adding the tall size amount to our 2 grande cups wasn't enough to make it taste normal. For $6 a drink there should be more quality control.

Our group place a mobile order and waited for over 30 minutes. It was a total joke while they’re having 2 “trainees” of total over 6 baristas plus one store manger at front and over 3-4 groups customers waiting for their coffee. We checked in with barista Natalie multiple times and she always told us that our order is coming up SOON.
To store manager - treat your customers better, our time is valuable as yours to get your training time completed. Do your lesson at the back or some time when the shop is obviously not busy. It’s ridiculous to see all customers are watching your demonstration while they’re all just watching and get theirs training too. What a joke

Early morning drive to BC and stopped to get a latte. The service was wonderful, and I ended up leaving with 2 drinks as there was an order challenge that left them having an unclaimed additional drink.

Closed at 7:30am in a ski town?? With an unreadable sign to boot!
The website mentioned it is open until 6pm on both Friday and Saturday- we have been both days just after 4pm and they are already closed
Staff treating other staff poorly in front of customers is gross.
