Literally never open. Doesn’t matter what time. 8am, 3pm, noon. Just always closed when I show up. Never any signs to warn you. Just sitting at the speaker for 5 mins to then drive ahead to realize no one is there.

Second time in two weeks that I drove through Revelstoke that it closed early! Very disappointing while on a road trip needing a caffeine fix.
Whenever I visit my local Starbucks, it seems to be closed more often than not. It's frustrating to go out of my way only to find the doors locked. The inconsistent hours make it difficult to rely on this location, especially when I'm in need of a quick coffee fix. While I usually enjoy their drinks, the frequent closures are disappointing and inconvenient. I hope they improve their operating hours soon.

It was messed up. It took me almost 30 minutes lining up in drive thru. I think the management doesn’t know what they’re doing. Most of the days drive thru or lobby were closed and staff looks tired and exhausted.

The staff consisted of only two individuals, and there was a significant delay in receiving our order of two coffees, which took over 15 minutes. Furthermore, there was confusion regarding our order, and the quality of the coffee was subpar. Approximately one hour after consuming the coffee, I experienced a feeling of nausea
