Early morning drive to BC and stopped to get a latte. The service was wonderful, and I ended up leaving with 2 drinks as there was an order challenge that left them having an unclaimed additional drink.
Tonight, Aug 4th 2024, the two employees working, man and woman, were an absolute delight!!! The Starbucks was PACKED less than an hour before closing. The gentleman was taking orders while the woman was making the drinks and both were doing it with a genuine smile on their face while customers just kept lining up. The man was kind and laughing and caring when communicating. The woman was making each drink with care and not rushing. There were customers rolling their eyes and...
We ordered 3 drinks: 1 tall chai latte. 1 grande chai latte and 1 tall white hot chocolate with whipped cream. The grande chai latte was great but both the tall chai latte and white hot chocolate just tasted like milk… the barista did not add enough syrup. I might as well have warmed up milk at home. This is the first location that I have problems with their products.
