Service is ok. Not a lot of room near restaurant to park a semi trailer.
love this Timmy’s, Donna the owner is the absolute sweetest too! Delicious coffee, even better service!

Horrible service, so much attitude, not helpful at all. Miss the days of being greeted by little old ladies who were happy to help and always with a smile.
Horrible coffee - old and burnt, avoid the blueberry timbits ' taste like old cheese with a strange sweetner.
Save yourself the disappointment, and go to a local coffee shop or Starbucks.

They always forget some part of my order
We had the privilege of being served by Donna, the owner. She was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful with food suggestions and traffic info. Food was delicious and we can’t wait to try the new Biscoff donuts. Was lovely stop on our drive.

Coffee and food are the same as everywhere.
Service is normal.
Washrooms need to be cleaned.
Some floors were dirty and wet from someone's spills, but no one seemed to care.
Other than that, it's normal.

I’ve never experienced such slow service at any other Tim Horton’s. We stood at the counter for ages and I finally had to step forward and ask someone to help us. There were 5 people behind the counter and all of them were working on the drive-through and ignored us until I walked up and asked if the front counter was closed.
The person was friendly who did come forward to help us. Our order was a coffee, a tea, and 2 glazed chocolate donuts. A very fast order to fill. However, she took our order and the order of the 2 people behind us. She then prepared the other two orders before preparing ours and we were first in line. None of the other people behind the counter helped her.

I am a regular at Revelstoke Tim Hortons, ordering breakfast 3xper week. My biggest complaint is the coffee. I always order a a large, with 0.5 cream. They DUMP cream in my coffee nearly every time. Most times it tastes like a double or triple cream and is very light/white. Sometimes the coffee is so heavy with cream that its lukewarm and I can't taste the coffee at all. It's GROSS. I immediately throw it out. I do not have the luxury to return as I'm rushing to work. I understand that many people prefer their coffee this way, but not me! I'm frustrated that they rarely make a proper coffee to order. When I order the exact same (large with 0.5 cream) from other locations, this is not an issue. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF, and VERIFY that they are making it correctly. You're about to lose a local, loyal customer.

If I could give this negative stars I would! This tim hortons never fails to disappoint in some way. On multiple occasions I've had to remind them that I havent gotten my coffee. They mess up order instructions. Ridiculous wait times. Tim hortons is never a great experience at any location but this location damn near takes the cake as far as being off the ball.

Waiting 25 mins for a very milky iced coffee and 2 simply sausages was unreal. Not a single employee knew what was going on - what other staff were working on had to re ask customers what their drink was.... People walked out without their order. No sorry for the wait nothing. The only good employee was the young kid working the till. He had his day organized... the rest of the employees double triple his age need some training. Tim Horton's as a whole business stopped being good after they were bought out... but this location is probably the worst in Canada.
