The girl who was giving me the drinks spilled one all over me. No compensation was offered, except she replaced the cup. My shirt is now ruined, thanks :(

Came in here with my family and took 20 minutes to even get our order taken. The employees had no idea what they were doing and by the time we did get our food it was wrong. Clearly all Tim Hortons have gone downhill but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at one.

I wish there was a option for 0 stars for service because I just went in with my sister to get a couple Timbits and in the rack for the donuts the labels didn’t even match the actual donuts and then I had to fight with the worker to get a single donut. IM WORNING YOU IF YOU WANNA FIGHT TO GET Donuts don’t go here

Just got screamed at by an employee because we a walked in when the business hours were closed. Literally.. unnecessarily screamed at. Don’t have your doors unlocked if you’re not open so this won’t happen. Regardless, there was no need to be so hostile, the lady could’ve asked us nicely to leave and let us know they were closed. Her reaction was ridiculous and she shouldn’t have her job with a temper like that.

We order approx 5-6 drinks everyday from Tim Hortons for our staff, every day there is a mistake.
I went back to them 3-4 times asking to correct the mistake but still they never improve. I always get an Iced capp with extra cream but 7/10 times they forget to put extra cream. I don’t understand how ridiculously they are managing the store. I even talk to the manager regarding this, she apologised but nothing ever improved. The other time I asked the person on drive thru that my drink does not have extra cream and he refused, Man! I can literally tell by the colour if it has extra cream or not. Every time they charge for extra cream. Also, they didn’t even know how to make the Mango Creamy chill, this is too much. I didn’t want to put a review about this but this is happening almost everyday. You guys need to take strict action about what is happening at this location. Very very DISAPPOINTED.

While travelling thru Revelstoke, I ordered a bagel and asked for peanut butter or jam with it. I was advised by the cashier they do not have, they only had cream cheese. I ordered it dry. When I went to pick it up, I asked to confirm no peanut butter or jam, I was then told they do have. I asked for one of each. The person went to talk to thier manager who came over and said if you want that it will cost 50 cents each. I said your person advised me you had none when I paid, please throw in due to that. She refused and had such an attitude and said nope. I repeated your staff said you didnt even have them as to add to my order and they should provide it complementary for the screw up. She said nope again and was terribly rude about it. Wow, terrible customer service all around! I think my frustration was noticed by everyone in line. I'll never go back again.

First time in Canada and my first visit to Tim Hortons and I’m afraid it will be the last time ever going to one.
After waiting about 10 mins to actually get served. I Ordered two steak and cheese toasted one with no sauces as my partner has an egg allergy , and one with no tomato or lettuce , the server was an older gentleman with a stutter, he told the female oriental lady who was making the food the order after waiting again for 15 mins the oriental lady said one steak and cheese and one barBQ the older gentlemen said no it should be Two steak and cheese and then the lady said it’s right just served it and flopped it down on the counter for the man to give us. I thought the female was rude and disrespectful to the man . I left and when I got into my car opened my food to find it was chicken with lettuce and tomato totally wrong.
I went but into the restaurant and told the man it was wrong the oriental lady said it was right I said no it should be steak and cheese with No lettuce or tomato, she said it comes with lettuce and tomato. I said I would like steak and cheese with no lettuce or tomato I couldn’t believe how hard it was to order a simple request . I asked to speak to the manager and he never came out to speak to me . After about 5 mins I was presented with the correct order and I just left the restaurant in total disgust.
I have never had such appalling service in my life Ive seen Tim Hortons advertised and thought I would try it my biggest mistake and ruined what hopefully could have been a great time.

You should be ashamed of the very poor below customer service from your staff a lot of staff training needed just shows the manager doesn’t have standards and the companies reputation in his vision.
