Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. The bagel was very good and the apple-filled bun, too. One point in favor is that they do not force that revolutionary tax so widespread in Canada that they call tips.

I have to say, Tim Horton locations as a whole will be very busy. As a customer we have no idea how many new or experienced staff there are behind the counter. If you have been waiting a very long time chances are they may have 'missed' an order. Politely go up and ask. Don't yell and berate from your side. Customer service workers have feelings and lives. They are not machines. My experience was the same as any Tim Hortons. Good.

Convenient location to grab a snack after refuelling the car. The staff were friendly and efficient. There are also kiosks where you can order your food without going up to the counter. This location has a wide variety of baked goods which were delicious.

The tables could benefit from more thorough cleaning and sanitization, as there were a few sticky spots and visible marks.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and reserved handicapped...
