The evening was made most enjoyable because of Sara - our waitress was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect. We had several appetizers for dinner. Each one was spectacular. The chef - Miguel out did himself. I gave the ingredient list for a cocktail that we wanted and she willing created it for us. We will definitely be going back to this gem of a restaurant.

We had the best dinner in Revelstoke, out server Sarah was amazing! We had duck, bison, carpaccio and the charcuterie board and every single bite was remarkable. Left so happy and satisfied, we had such a hard time to find good food in town but they were the best.

Will be back!

This place rocks. Great food, great service, lovely list of cocktails and local wines and beer to sample. Can’t wait to go back!

Great food! Hidden gem, dont walk by, the restaurant may look a bit kitsch, but the food is great. We tried 4 different dishes, they were all good, notably the duck, which had fantastic flavours I havnt experienced before. Points of improvement: Let the server come by more often to offer a drink, and make the portion size a bit larger.

Had a great time here and the waitress looked like Mila Kunis!

Came in for a girls dinner out and we weren’t disappointed. Tried the gravlax, carpaccio and squash salad and the flavors were great on all dishes- my friends said the same of theirs. The sticky date pudding was beyond expectations.

Our server Sarah was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations.

Definitely not a place full or larger groups and not a well-trained waitstaff.

Had a reservation for a big group and waited, waited, waited for food to come out on what seems to be a half full restaurant. Waitress was nice to start, but very snarky when food finally came out (2 1/2 hour after seated) and told her I thought my meal was a little cold. Later came back at the end and told us we should have ordered ahead, even though person coordinating our reservation had confirmed with the restaurant that day.

Same sized group has been to other restaurants in town without any issues so would recommend looking elsewhere.

Had a company event very nice place. My only critique would be the buffet dinner used the worst cut of beef possible all sinew and barely edible

After 5 years we decided to return to Woolsey BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
Withoout wifi?. Of the seconds courses requested and whast is on your web menu are not available.
The terrible service refers is to a ridiculous note paper on te table.
The crumbly onion pie, Oda Salad a handful of arugula straight from the fridge, with bits of a lousy industrial goat cheese.
The worst, at more than 60 CAD per plate two sad ribs of supposed venison COLD on a plate filled with mashead, potatoes, sauce, and vegetables thas tasted like nothing.
A MORAL AND ECONOMIC ROBBERY .
A por service to the restoration of a town as WONDERFUL as REVELSTOKE.

I had a really disappointing experience at The Woolsey. I waited over an hour for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The service was also lacking—staff seemed inattentive, and there was no effort to check in or update us on the delay. Given the long wait and poor quality of the meal, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The bison sirloin was quite possibly one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. So many flavors that complimented each other. We didn’t want it to end! It paired amazingly with the Halos de Jupiter red wine. The environment was refined and cozy. It was recommended by our air bnb host and other locals. Definitely don’t miss this spot!
