Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken- Rosedale

Upon entering the place is clean and seems updated. However, there is a bathroom odour akin to a backed up sewage pipe (mentioned several times in other reviews) - the men’s bathroom had a clogged urinal and shows there is no care to resolve the issue.

The food itself is solid but the half chicken with 1 side comes to $24 with tax, it’s not worth it. There are other places that sever as good of chicken with more amenities and a fuller plate for the same price. For those in the area, this will be as best as it gets but it’s not worth driving out of your way for. The food and location should remain a take out spot and convert to such in order to lower the price and better hon their product, as the restaurant they are aiming for does not work. Overall worth grabbing dinner take out or quick lunch to go, but only if you’re already close by, otherwise find something actually worth your money as I was left wanting a lot more.

The flame-grilled flavourful was really good. We had friendly service. One unexpected good point was, despite this being a fast food outlet, we were served on quality plates with, again, quality cutlery. The yam chips were really good too.

Parking: We parked right outside and there seemed to be plenty more parking too.

Just ordered two sandwiches and a wrap told it would take 5-10 mins. Took 30 please just be honest people don't always have that kinda time to wait. Honesty is key and that is what will bring back customers.

Went to grab take out after work. Stood at the counter for over 5 min then had to walk towards the kitchen and ask if someone could take my order. They got an employee to finally, she was nice but was on another phone call the entire time. Food took 15min to make, got home the order was wrong... waste of $35 bucks. Unlikely to go back

Closed earlier than the time mentioned, closed at 8:45 the timing says 9pm. Bad service.

Don't expect to get a whole chicken when you order a whole chicken, and also don't expect to get a half chicken, when you order a half chicken. I actually thought they had made a mistake when I received my order, so I called them and nope...they just don't give you a whole chicken when you order one lol. Argumentative with me when I called him on how deceptive this is. Have not supported them since.
