“Cookies Grill is the perfect restaurant for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or even Dinner. When I looked up its menu on Google, I knew I had to try their food. When I got there on a Monday, the establishment was packed, which says a lot about its thriving business. I got to try the S'More Croffle from their monthly menu and it was incredible. This may just be my favourite breakfast item. This meal came with bacon that was superb and eggs that were consistently good. The coffee was top notch and went great with everything else. Also, the coffee is free if you have it with a breakfast choice. The service was excellent; well-mannered, and they checked on you often. My only problem or nitpick about this restaurant is that it is far from where I live and it is in an obscured part of Chilliwack where you would not think to go. Nonetheless, I would love to come back to Cookies Grill and try their other menu choices. I am very happy for this restaurant's success.“

“The Uptown Grill is an exceptionally great restaurant, and I was glad that I came to Chilliwack to eat there. Despite the small space, I was able to get a table when I arrived. The overall interior of the restaurant was simplistic, although I do like the brick wall. The service was great, and they seemed very fervent about working there when I was having brunch. I ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Eggs Benedict with pan-fried potatoes. The chicken was fantastic in every sense. I have not had fried chicken this great in years. The hollandaise sauce tasted excellent with hints of sweetness in the flavour. The potatoes were soft yet somewhat crunchy with a nice subtle taste to them. It came with a salad that tasted pretty great, and I really liked the sweet garlic dressing that came with it. The coffee was great, and I found myself having a second cup of it. I even ordered the Blueberry Latte to try, and I was little surprised that it was an iced beverage. Nonetheless, the latte was flourishing with flavour with it tasting almost yogurt-like. I highly recommend the Uptown Grill for breakfast, brunch, and/or lunch. I hope to come back to this establishment very soon.“

“I came here this morning with my kids for brunch - around 10am. We were in and out in an in over hour. The server was okay - didn't seem like much of a people person but did her job. I was disappointed with the portion sizes today - I ordered the Sunriser but the cube hash brown portion was very small, it took me about 5 bites to finish them. The food was flavorful and my kids enjoyed it. The price points are reasonable too. For 2 kids and me, we paid $31 which wasn't terrible at all. At whitespot, one child and myself is $40 so this was better on the budget but service was mediocre.“

“I did till tonight, myself and my grandchild and her man and my great-grandchild. went there for dinner I ordered silly Billy, my grandchild ordered barbecue ribs and halibut dinner for the great-grandchild... her man ordered a steak sandwich medium rare. it came out overcooked. we sent it back which wasn't a problem but it never came back out of the kitchen till everybody was finished eating and then still had to wait another 10-15 minutes. the waitress said I can't do anything, hands in the air, it's the cook, which was whatever. When she did bring it she said it was comped on the bill and he should be happy, at least he doesn't have to pay for it. Regardless of the fact he had to watch every one else eat, then waiting 10 to 15 after every one else finished. And the idea he may feel rushed to eat because of a child prancing to go... I think it was the flippant attitude and taking no responsibility or concern... I don't know. I am old and maybe I'm old-fashioned and expect too much these days.“
