Poor customer service by a young lady who was rude and did not want to serve us. She yelled at us and asked us whether we are going to make a purchase after we looked at the menu for about 5 minutes. Then she yelled at us again when she asked us for the ingredients to make the meal.

Love stopping here! The drive- thru is is awesome ? I wish more subway locations had a drive- thru! As a mom I don’t bother with the other locations because I don’t want to drag my kids inside. This is the only location I stop ! ?

One of the worst restaurants i’ve been too. They leave tuna out for extended periods of time. Employees don’t wash their hands regularly and are often seen touching the food without gloves. They will put out veggies even if they look gross. Very stingy with portions.

Found the washrooms not cleaned at 10am, and paper towel dispenser had not been refilled. Clearly the staff had not checked or restocked. Otherwise typical subway.

We go through this Subway drive thru all the time as we live in Chilliwack and have family in Agassiz. The girl who was working the drive thru tonight at 8:50pm was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a drive thru in 40+ years. She was snapping at us like we were horrible for disturbing her. We just left without getting anything and we will not go through this drive thru ever again. Who hires these nasty mean people? Life is difficult enough without having people like her making it even worse. As angry as it makes me it also makes me sad because we are regulars here multiple times per week and we normally love the day time staff, who are always so kind.
Great service. If I could leave a 6 star I would.
