Ordered a London fog and didn't get a tea bag with it. Just syrup and milk. Not impressed. Took forever to place order. At least 7 employees were behind counter.

You think a doubt shop , would have dounts ? On multiple occasions I been trying to get dounts for my.crew for the 5am shift . Is it too hard to put them out hour early, damn lazy or management need to take note . There is a new business and you must notice a higher volume so you might want to take note.

I had the pleasure of being served by a great staff member named Nadine, she was polite always smiling and had amazing customer service. She made my order to perfection. I always stop in there on my business trips from Vancouver to Hope, and have never had the customer service as I received that day. I will definitely be stopping more often now . Thanks Tim Hortons for having an employee with amazing customer service !!

Had to change my review. Half of the food items are out of stock, and the ones they do have, are all decrepit and stale. Disgusting. I will never come to this godforsaken place again. What an awful experience.

Not enough help. Waited long time for a drink a.d we went to order got told they can't make our drink as she stated we don't do that. All I wanted was a drink and a cup of ice. It wasnt an unreasonable request but come on. To be told we don't do that.

Today was the last time we will move forward for staff to bring our order out. This is not a one off, it has happened multiple times where you either need to go in and get your order, or they send the wrong order out all together. I actually felt bad for the young lady Grace who had to tell us she didn't have our order correct and we would need to wait longer if we wanted what we ordered, I went inside and spoke to Cathy the manager and asked for her to retrieve the rest of our order and explained we will wait at the window from now on to receive our order!! Lesson learned

I placed a mobile order at Tim Hortons this morning under the name Kamal. No one called me for my order, and after waiting for half an hour, I approached an employee named Donna. She spoke to me very rudely and initially claimed she hadn’t received any order. When I showed my receipt, she handed me a cold steeped tea with undissolved sugar. I also asked her to toast my croissant, but she refused, saying I hadn’t mentioned it in the order — yet there’s no option in the app to add such instructions. The whole experience was very disappointing, and I believe the management should take concerns about customer service seriously. Other staff members are polite i always come here but she needs to learn about customer service.
