Not all but majority of the workers in this location are incompetent and seriously don’t know how to do their job. I just came in and ordered a grilled cheese melt, sausage famers wrap ice capp made with chocolate milk and a large tea. First thing we get “my wrap and are told to park and wait for the rest” well it wasn’t even what I ordered, it was a completely different wrap all together, so I went in cause we still hadn’t gotten the rest of our things yet, then proceeded to wait 20 min just for the lady to forget to make our drinks after giving us our food, so I have to remind her again of what we ordered for drinks and still messed up what I ordered. So congratulations to popkum timmies for having the dumbest workers there. Never hitting this one again no matter how starving I am.

Not sure how a triple triple coffee can be made wrong but they do and often.. not a Starbucks fan but at this point will pay more for correct coffee order

i would put zero stars if i could i ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with no tomato, not only did they take forever to make it in the process i overheard them ask the person who served me at the till “it said no tomato’s right” and she said yes. another 5 mins go by and i finally get my wrap so me thinking them clarifying it said no tomato i would just be able to leave right away after waiting so long with the right wrap i paid for, took a bite and there’s tomato in it and im allergic. i tried calling tim hortons at popkum and their phone must not be connected or they have the wrong number advertised but currently on the way to the hospital for a mistake they made. not to mention they weren’t busy at all i was the only person who ordered other then another guy who just got a coffee within my time frame of being there.

It is a tim hortons You know what you get Actually coffee seems worse worse, move bitter with weird taste. Most of the time I cannot finish a cup.this is for all tim hortons not just i do review for And to pay $11 for 4 cheese croissants. wow.unbelievable.

Twice we have visited this location late at night. Waited in the drive through for a while, and pulled up to the window to try to get service. Both times it has been open and there has been an employee inside ignoring us.

Coffee is terrible tastes like burnt coffee grinds, staff doesn't make eye contact before dropping food into your lap and they purposely create a big line up and socialize with eachother over servicing people... Stevenson location is the only decent one in town

Literally 95 percent of the time I order, they take my money and try to NOT give me what I ordered because they don’t have it.. then they look at you like you have 6 heads when you ask for the money back and question them on why they would think you are going leave without a refund or the purchase… It seems like they have a really hard time comprehending that once you sell a product you actually have to supply said product.. Almost every time I order they have to refund half the order because they don’t have what I’ve PAID them for. They sell things they don’t have, they have literally no communication between the front end and the food…

Been waiting 10 plus mins for chicken wraps. And this morning they said they didn't make food at like 1 am so not really 24 hours I guess . was Flustering to decide to go with you guys rather then McDonald's both times. Still waiting while even writing this going inside to see why they told me to wait and deliver poor servers to me twice in one day. Try to get a refund if I don't like the reason. It's 6pm why isn't food ready XD.
Update your link you sent me does nothing to help why do they not serve food but only drinks at 1am for a 24 hours store .. like I legit drove past multiple place cuz yours was conveniently next to the Harrison location only place I could get food at that time it is extremely frustrating as I'm trying to go into the wilderness and have a good meal before that. And after your company has been bought out by these corner cutters at the top. Has someone that came here for the first time in 2015 your company actually was astounding Chipotle steak wraps and a lot of other great food options but now you all are cutting corners and hiring the worst employees you can. Where they are forgetful and Ill managed it is flustering to see how something that actually had respect and strong regard for itself has fallen so greatly can you explain this to me and what you will do to make it better or will you just continue being crap.

Got a bacon and egg breakfast bagel this morning in drive thru. Ate it, got to work, and 3 hours later I was violently ill (I won't gross you out with the details). I know it's not a stomach bug because I'm feeling a bit better now I've emptied my system out. It tasted weird and I should have stopped eating it. I'm wondering if anyone else got sick this morning from the food. I won't be back EVER. It's sad as I'm friendly with many of the staff and because I've been a regular customer for years. I've had bad experiences before, but this is the last straw.
