As a long term customer of the Wild Cat Grill I am disappointed to hear of the failure by management to address ongoing issues of bullying & volatile behavior of a male cook in the kitchen towards female cooks. The fact that this restaurant has lost multiple long term kitchen staff including a staff who was promoted to management due to his volatile & verbal abuse is terrible. Shame on you Wild Cat Grill for enabling the abuse of dedicated staff for an abusive male cook. Swearing, hollering insulting dedicated employees is abuse.

I’ve been here a few times years ago, decided to give it another go with the family this time.
Walking up, patio entrance, smokers standing just a few feet from the tables, so we opt to sit inside on the nice evening it was.
Appys, calamari, and zucchini sticks. Both pretty decent for sure.
The kids order, one is a burger with mayo, ketchup and cheese, it comes out with only ketchup. No mayo, no cheese.
The second kid orders the halibut fish and chips. This was by far the best food at the table this night.
My wife’s steak sandwich wasn’t a sandwich at all, it was a tiny piece of poor cooked steak on one price of bread. Not a sandwich. She asked for medium. Half of it was well done, literally the other half was RARE. Dunno how they managed that magic lol. Her salad had a big long hair in it. They replaced it but never adjusted the price. I don’t ask them to but, come on.
My burger, a chorizo burger was 5/10. Fries were not seasoned for any of us. The Italian soup was wretched.
I’ve had ribs and burgers here before and was never let down.
If this was my only experience here, I’d never return. One day, years from now, and without the wife, I may return. She won’t, that’s for sure.
The servers were kind and friendly for sure. But they did mess up the orders on a couple issues. And after the hair then never adjusted the bill.
I did my very minimal tip, 7%. If it was up to my wife it would’ve been 0.
I’m a 25%-30% tipper on good food/service usually.

We went for my son-in-law‘s birthday. There was five of us. He had a bacon burger said it was good. My grandson had a burger with barbeque sauce on it. He said there was way too much sauce. my husbands salmon burger was good And my daughter‘s fish and chips were good but the batter was a bit thick. I ordered a ribeye steak and was very disappointed. It was about a quarter inch thick and looked more like a piece of prime rib that had had grill marks on it and it just tasted OK.
My son-in-law, my grandson and my husband all got their burgers and we’re almost finished before the rest of us got our meals, service was slow. We also had to wait a long time to get our Bill so my husband finally went inside to pay.

Weeknight dinner at the Wildcat Grill.

The staff were nice and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. After we ordered, it took about 30 minutes to get our food, which was a bit longer than we expected for an early weeknight. When it did arrive, the food was good, but not exceptional (ordered the steak sandwich). It filled us up, but didn't blow us away.

Despite the wait, we enjoyed our meal and the friendly service. It was an enjoyable dinner experience overall.

I did till tonight, myself and my grandchild and her man and my great-grandchild. went there for dinner I ordered silly Billy, my grandchild ordered barbecue ribs and halibut dinner for the great-grandchild... her man ordered a steak sandwich medium rare. it came out overcooked. we sent it back which wasn't a problem but it never came back out of the kitchen till everybody was finished eating and then still had to wait another 10-15 minutes. the waitress said I can't do anything, hands in the air, it's the cook, which was whatever. When she did bring it she said it was comped on the bill and he should be happy, at least he doesn't have to pay for it. Regardless of the fact he had to watch every one else eat, then waiting 10 to 15 after every one else finished. And the idea he may feel rushed to eat because of a child prancing to go... I think it was the flippant attitude and taking no responsibility or concern... I don't know. I am old and maybe I'm old-fashioned and expect too much these days.

Failing grades today. I was greeted as an order not a person. I am not onion soup. Staff on break sitting in the restaurant doing nothing ignored my request for help. Burger was a frozen patty presented cold and slimy with over-cooked fries. I am still sick from eating half. And was that heavy metal music playing from the kitchen as an accompaniment to Christmas carols? Please turn it off. It’s musically offensive to play both at the same time . If you want to be a heavy metal restaurant, go for it. But please pick one form of musical expression at a time . Thank you for reading.

We came with a bigger group and the restaurant was really busy and full! They moved things around to make space for us which was really sweet. HUGE thankyou to McKenna, she had so much patience and honesty the best customer service out of everyone !

We had a great lunch at Wildcat grill
They had Thanksgiving dinner as a special which I had to get, it was your classic Thanksgiving meal with lots of variety. We also got the fish and chips which were top tier, we will definitely be going back for seconds. They also brought out a slice of cake for my birthday which was so nice, and one of the tastiest chocolate cakes I've had. Our server Valerie was very attentive and there for lots of water/coffee refills. We are definitely excited to go back and try more of the menu!
