The best baked goods I’ve had in North America — truthfully! Ben and his wife have created a lovely spot with freshly baked bread, pastries and cakes that seem to draw in the entire town at times. Keep up the great work!

Small but dedicated bakery that makes great breads, croissants and various treats. My only complaint is their hours. They are losing a ton of summer $$ due to their odd hours as so many outdoor enthusiasts love a pastry with their coffee in the morning or weekend before an activity.

Odd hours for a bakery but it made it easy to be there in time for a major selection. I had an 2 almond, 2 almond chocolate, 2 Maple, and a plain croissant, a chocolate loaf, and a cinnamon pull apart. No complaints. I ate it all in a couple of days.

Baguette was some of the best bread I have ever had. Will be going back daily while staying at Red Mountain. Pastries (almond and chocolate croissants) were also excellent.

Rossland, you are spoiled having this bakery in town! Such lovely treats and delicious bread. Never imagined I could find European flair in such small ski town but I am so glad I did!

This is the best bakery I have been to in BC (and better than many bakeries I went to in France). Rossland should consider itself lucky to have such a gem.

Everything I have tried here has been fantastic. My only minor complaint is about the crumb of the baguettes which is not quite right, not airy enough in my opinion. However, the flavour is so good that I cannot bring myself to give this place anything other than the 5 stars it deserves.
