My partner and I stumbled into this place, half-dead from climbing up and down Old Glory moments before. The brisket donair and brisket and egg wrap quickly brought us back to life. Totally delicious - thanks for the great food.
Thought I'd give underbelly a try since I was in the area. Wasn't expecting much as in the Kootenays the food scene has been okay at best. Walked in, owner was very friendly and welcoming, atmosphere was cozy and the open kitchen lets you see him make everything fresh right there. Got the Po Boy pulled pork sandwich and was very pleasantly surprised how absolutely loaded it was and the hefty serving of pulled pork in it compared to other places I have had similar orders....
Looking for a good take-out feed? Then you can't go wrong with this place. Amazing decor and what looks to be a one-man show. Didn't take long to cook.
