Ying Cafe in Rossland is an unexpected gem for authentic Chinese cuisine. I had the wonton soup and pork bun and both were out of this world! The broth was smooth and comforting, and the pork bun was perfectly seasoned and tender. The owners are incredibly welcoming. It's rare to find such a cute spot with delicious chinese food in a small mountain town. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
Excellent Chinese food. The curry chicken was amazing. Slightly sweet with yellow curry. Veggies were fresh. So much better than the usual Chinese food. They have gluten free options which was awesome. Wow.
The owners of this restaurant are warm, kind and generous. Their menu is made with care and you will appreciate the sincerity they put into the experience. Thank you so much for a lovely time, all your local tips, and a delicious meal!
