Just had a fantastic dine-in experience at Boston Pizza! The food was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Gurleen and Simran went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made our meal memorable. Highly recommend this location, and a big thanks to Gurleen and Simran for making our visit so enjoyable!

We came to Salmon Arm for a hockey tournament and I booked a big team dinner for us at BP, 61 people in our group! Susanna and her team treated us all so well even amongst the chaos of all of the kids. Food was great and the servers were all very accommodating and very polite. Thank you BP for having the Aldergrove Avalanche :)

Went in with my Family this week while visiting town and I must say everything was brilliant! Meals arrived in a very timely manner hot and delicious, would like to specifically point out Haylee’s service she went above and beyond as our waitress for the evening. Could not have asked for better service from her and will definitely be back!

Our experience is so terrible. We ordered and our food came in after an hour and 10 minutes. The tables around us were served first eventhough we ordered first.
The food is warm not hot. I asked for a medium cooked on my steak but when it was served it was warm and well done and husband's chicken parm is also warm, the pasta is underdone and barely no sauce. And even the Mozza Sticks appetizer is warm. We are really dissappointed and not satisfied!
Yes we still ate the food although it's warm.

Had a lovely birthday dinner there for my grandson. Jade was our waitress. Super attentive, service with a smile. very pleasant. We were a big group and it couldn't have been easy.

Had such a great experience here tonight! My daughter and I tried the new mozzarella sticks, and they were amazing. Our server, Haylee, was so sweet and attentive, honestly one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. Great food and great service, we’ll definitely be back!!!!

Dear Manager
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience at your Boston Pizza location.
During our visit, we were not permitted to bring in beverages from Wendy's, despite ordering food at your restaurant. Additionally, the food we received was cold and not prepared correctly. Furthermore, from our vantage point, we observed a waitress playing with spaghetti that was meant for customers’ plates, which raised hygiene concerns.
I believe that addressing these issues would significantly enhance the dining experience for your patrons.

The management is HORRIBLE!!!! The management team has failed to respect our initial agreement regarding my weekend shifts. Despite my willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays, my shifts have been consistently rejected without explanation. I've made an effort to contact the management , requesting to be given at least some shifts. However, I've been met with complete silence – no answers, no replies, not even a text or WhatsApp response. I find this lack of communication to be very unprofessional.I'm grateful for the staff…all the girls are just so sweet n helpful and kind♥️, but management is freakin horrible and toxic!!!!!
