Was heading back to the hotel and it was a bit later and I was craving pizza so thought I would stop in and grab a quick bite to eat. Was just what I was after. It wasn't very busy, so service was very good and the pizza was just as I was expecting. Place was very clean as well. Will definitely stop in again the next time I'm craving a quick bite of pizza

Horrible service. I came in for lunch a 2pm, wasn’t even busy.. we sat at our table for over 10 mins while the waitress walked around in circles, didn’t come over till another waitress said she had a table. When she finally came over, we put our drink and food order in. She forgot to ring in half our order, having to wait longer to get our food. She didn’t even come over and apologize, just avoided our table. Then had the other server bring out are food. We constantly had to wave down other waitress to grab, share plates, ketchup, refills, our bill. Was unreal. Worst service ever!

I have been to a lot of Boston Pizza’s and this place set the new bar. Food was actually hot and the service was spot on. This is NOT the norm at BP so hats off to this one.
We had a very pleasant experience here. The restaurant was very busy but we still received our food in a very timely manner. Our interactions with staff were very pleasant and they were exceptionally accommodating to our special situation.
