I had a fantastic experience at the Salmon Arm DQ! The staff were friendly, fast, and welcoming, making the visit enjoyable from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from DQ—delicious burgers, crispy fries, and of course the Blizzard was made perfectly.

The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and service was quick even during busy hours. It’s clear the team here cares about providing great customer service.

Whether you’re stopping for a quick meal or just treating yourself to ice cream, this DQ is definitely one of the best. Highly recommend!

We love to have the soft ice cream cones; however, the Salmon Arm Dairy Queen makes much smaller cones than the Dairy Queens in Armstrong or Lake Country (near Kelowna). The Salmon Arm medium cones are the equivalent of small ones at the other Dairy Queens. We highly recommend the other Dairy Queens over the Salmon Arm location. We have mentioned it to the servers but they say they cannot do anything about the size differences. Very disappointing!

Very clean and excellent service.

Had the Flamethrower Chicken Sandwhich & two double Chesseburgers as a snack. Absolutely loved the Cheeseburgers as they were really good. $2 cheeseburgers for $7 is about as good as it gets these days. If you need your snack Cheeseburgers as a fix, get them here! The also server free tap water 🚰

This has to be the worst DQ in Canada. We have visited this location 3 different occasions to be met with the same incompetence each time. First visit our order was wrong. Second visit it took 15 mins for coffee to which was made wrong. (Cream and sugar added to coffee when requested both on the side twice as it was for a homeless couple on a cold raining evening). Recently I visited and ordered 2 cheese burger deal for 6 dollars. When ordering I ensured to state it was 2 cheese burgers for $6 and a medium blizzard. When I get to the window, my order was clarified for single cheeseburgers. The lady left and came back to take payment. At this time I was informed my bill was $22. I asked her to clarify the order to which she stated 2 double cheese burgers. I clarified the order that it was singles and she couldn't understand that we did not want double burgers. Another employee brought the burgers over to which she took them back to have the patties taken off. After sitting in drive thru for 15 mins trying to explain my order I just left. My time and money can be used at an establishment that deserves my hard earned money. Absolutely ridiculous how this is considered customer service.

Arrived at 9pm was told inside was closed and I could not make an order. By all accounts online it’s open till 10pm both inside and drive through hours. I was on foot. Turned around took my money back home. Thanks for saving me money FTW. 4 Stars for food as when they want to serve you it’s usually been solid.
