I’m sick and tired of everytime I go to this location the staff cannot get my order right for the life of them. There staff obviously don’t pay attention half the time and it shows, the Mcdonalds beside Walmart does the job right. Uptown McDonald’s really can’t the food tastes good just is never made how I ask. And I’ve heard others having similar issues with this specific location

No change table in the men’s bathroom, stall lock is broken, simple fix but they don’t bother on taking the 10 minutes to do it right. Dirty

I ordered on the app on june 2. When i went there, it was around 1-2 a.m., they said they didn't have any milkshake. i will be refunded. It's just temporary hold. Today, the payment got posted on my cc.

20 minute wait for a burger, even though the place was empty. They didn’t even give me the right burger. Never been to a McDonald’s this disappointing

Waited 20 min for a cold sausage muffin meal and coffee. They cleared our order off of the screen 2min after we ordered it. They are more concerned about the drive through then the customers inside.
Nothing like listening to terrible gangster music while waiting....super classy!!!!......it's a mcdonalds.....not a club, not to mention no one at the front to greet customers.....didn't realize I was in vancouver 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Ordered the McDavid big Mac and got a normal one and ordered poutine and only got frys if we weren't traveling I would have went back but I had to get going was disappointed

Consistently gets your orders wrong, at least once to twice a month. Almost always have to re-tell my order over the intercom, and I'm not quiet. Broadview (Uptown Salmon Arm) is arguably, top 5 worst McDonald's in all of BC.

Yesterday,Ordered 2 ice cream corns paid and enjoyed it .. This morning checked my bank account and they actually charged me $11.88!! I wasn’t paying attention when I paid and didn’t keep my receipt (I wish! Too late now) I would still go to McDonald’s but from other bad experiences I would not return this McDonald’s.
