If it was an option I’d put zero stars. Teenage girl who works in drive thru gave me half my fries, 5/6 nuggets, completely wrong burger and had me wait for 15 minutes. Good golly

Manager Raman - extremely poor service and obviously not able to manage her team properly. Team needs adequate customer service training. I have never experienced this poor service for this McDonald before. Food was literally cold and when told that we would not accept this cold food - staff started an unnecessary argument. This and other issues were reported to the manager but she was only concerned that the timer was running when she should be more concerned about paid customers receiving exceptional service.

Quickly passing through and didn’t check the order before I left. Left out 2 hash browns and didn’t put a cheese slice on my bacon egg McMuffin. Out $5 and a cheese slice. Wasn’t even that busy it was 10am.

I just had an encounter with one of the most hostile service workers I’ve ever encountered. I’m smiling, I’m saying hello please and thank you, being polite and courteous, sitting in the drive through and this young woman is staring daggers at me, no smile, scowling at me like I made a personal slight towards her or someone she loves, abrupt, hostile, aggressive, and flat out angry. Angry at me for showing up and I assume angry at the person before me in the drive thru. It’s not busy at all, there’s maybe four vehicles in the parking lot. I get that it’s quarter after 11 on Christmas Eve, do you think I want to eat McDonald’s, dinner for one, on Christmas Eve? I don’t know if it’s a hostile work environment over there or if this person is just tired or there’s something personal going on or if they just don’t like their job, but newsflash nobody this likes their job, nobody likes working Christmas Eve, And if you didn’t wanna work Christmas Eve, you shouldn’t have taken that shift. I had to work Christmas Eve today and just wanted to have a meal on Christmas Eve because my parents are so physically ill that I can’t be with them Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. If this person is reading this grow some compassion and don’t take it out on others. We are all struggling, we’re all having a hard time, don’t take it out on strangers and don’t take shifts you don’t want to work. If I have to deal with the person again I’m going to treat her exactly how she treated me and see how she reacts. P.S. 🪛U

I’m sick and tired of everytime I go to this location the staff cannot get my order right for the life of them. There staff obviously don’t pay attention half the time and it shows, the Mcdonalds beside Walmart does the job right. Uptown McDonald’s really can’t the food tastes good just is never made how I ask. And I’ve heard others having similar issues with this specific location
