Food was very good. Service was great. Unfortunately the prices have increased dramatically!

We arrive at Mike's a few minutes before our reservation at 5:00pm -- we waited quite a while for someone to acknowledge us, they were busy with 5 tables, not a busy restaurant - finally we got seated - we waited for a guest - finally the server came around ask if we wanted some drinks -- we ordered then waited quite a while to get our drinks - we ordered food - no mentioned on the menu for green onion garnish - my husband took all the green onion out - he is allergic to the fresh onion family - then we ask for pepper -- another server dropped it off - there is your pepper and slammed it on the table - the manager came around - mentioned the green onion for garnish - she apologized - we ask for the bill - then the manager dropped off a gift card - without saying anything - the restaurant was not busy - the timing was not a shift change - when we left - the server that dropped off the pepper gave is the evil eye - I looked back a couple of times - still the evil eye - I will mention the incident to the Bestwestern Salmon Arm - you offer a 10% discount but with the kind of service you offer - I will use the gift card or give it away - I am extremely disappointed - there is a disconnect with staff and management - the restaurant was not busy and the service was extremely poor

It took 45 minutes to get 3 meals and the restaurant had maybe 6 tables, then another 30 minutes to get 1 desert! My baked potato was cold , my husband meal was wrong and one of our drinks was 1 1/2 inch from the top. Not good service for this Monday September 15! Payton was a wonderful hostess that tried her best to help, five stars to her! We were not the only table getting hot under the collar!

I'm kind of a 'regular', always have the biggest steak they have, medium rare. My companion pretty well has the same steak every time as well. It isn't often that the steaks are iffy in one way or another. Overall, their consistently good.

We had Katie as our server and she was very amazing. Great waitress and super kind.

I don’t leave reviews often but wanted to give a shout out to our waiter Garret. He went the extra mile and was efficient, friendly and accommodating to our large party including children. The food was pretty good (plenty of options for non-meat eaters which some of us were) and we’d come back for the service.

Service was great and food came out quickly. Trinity gave us amazing service and recommended the lobster dip which ended up being delicious, new favourite! My friend and I loved the hilarious signs displayed around the restaurant😂 Definitely will be coming back and hopefully we get trinity next time, service cannot be topped!💕

Food was good and we were happy until they sat a table right next to us with 2 unruly children And a mom on her cell phone that wanted nothing to do with them.. In the patio of the restaurant there is a humongous pop go game that the children could play with and they were throwing the disks around and making an incredible rocket. So we asked to be moved to a different table. Which we did and when we commented to the waitress that It was not okay to have a game like that in a place Where we were spending over a $100 just for one dinner. She lost it and told us to basically go somewhere else If we didn't like children which was not the case. We have many grandchildren and love children. However, we did not wanna have our dinner in the playground. The waitress was so absolutely rude that we did actually leave and go to another place called Hideaway public house In the same parking lot, all was amazing. The service was fantastic. The food was great and we enjoyed our food and drinks. .. shame on you Mr. Mike's.

Great food and service. The Kickass chicken salad lives up to the name. Super friendly and efficient staff. You should check it out.

We were traveling from Victoria and decided to stop at the hotel near them...best Western.... they recommended Mr Mike's.... let me tell you... they have customer service you don't get in calgary anymore... food was great.. my mom who wasnt used to the cheese they use on the mushroom caps they do in calgary where she usually gets them... didn't eat them all... the manager came over asked to check on why she didn't like them... we told her, she then took them off the bill. (I would have glady paid)They have the best team work i have ever seen in a long time with their staff...I would most certainly recommend 👌....
We will definitely be back when we pass through again... thank you again for all your customer service!!!
