Terrible service. Very unprofessional staff.

We were staying in a hotel very close so location very convenient! Friendly and efficient staff. Had a very tasty Caesar to start. Food was delicious! I would recommend.

We’ve had the pleasure of being served by Jamie 3 separate times.
We really enjoy interacting with her.
She’s patient with us which is nice because it sometimes takes us a while to decide what we want.
She’s made some very good recommendations when we ask about something she’s tried in the past.
Her personality and humour is entertaining.
What else can I say?
We hope we see her again there.

It was Father's Day and bound to be somewhat loud with a full restaurant. That really can't be helped. However the meal was wonderful and the service absolutely excellent. We had a lovely waitress who was busy, but attentive, and made sure our needs were met.

Very Special, absolutely top notch service and food. This dinner turned out so unexpectedly full of surprises. Not only was our server Jada, an absolutely a delite, may she never lose her beautiful spirit; but Suke (sorry if spelt wrong) went above and beyond this evening. There was a problem with our order and instead of sending the server over to explain; Suke, herself came and not only explained the mix up, but covered the cost the meal. She also came by the table to ensure that everything was alright once we received our meal. Then, on top of all that, she made herself available to hold the door as we were leaving, remembering our names and what we ordered. Thank you from the bottom of our full and sedated tummies.
We will be returning.

The hostess was wonderful!! Sweet and caring for me!!
The bacon mushroom burger was ok. 3 out of 10. Bacon was hard and tasteless. The bun was super chewy.
Won't be ordering that again.

As a Tourguide I travel the world and I know my fair share of restaurants and steaks. This restaurant? Great food! Honest prices. Superb taste. And the best staff!!

Go eat here! There is for sure something on the menu what you like! I have the pleasure to be back every 4 weeks for a few working months. So I will try even more.

Bit Mikes spinage dip is a great starter. Then the filet mignon in Gaucho style with extra garlic mushrooms. To finish? Get an Uber brownie!

Oh and cocktails? Try the Peach Bellini or a peach mule if it has to be alcohol free.

A special thanks for the ENTIRE staff on May 21st: it was my 50th birthday and nobody knew. At least that is what I thought… They all came out singing at my table, gave me a handwritten card and a special surprise!!! I truly got tears in my eyes! People that don’t even know me made me feel at home… Thanks for that.

Oh and the three gorgeous ladies at the next table? If you might read this? You not only gave me a truly big gift!! But you restored my faith in being kind to one? It comes back at ya…

A steakhouse with a vegan option? Yes, and it was a pretty good plant based burger!

Terrible service tonight. Went in for Mother’s Day dinner and decided to endulge with the salmon dinner. Had both of my kids with me. Server came and served us and my food was very cold. Asked them to heat it up (I am not one to complain) but it was cold, and no one wants to eat cold seafood. My kids finished their dinner, and upon waiting we decided to order ice cream for the kids so they would be entertained while I ate a warmer dinner. We ordered vanilla with chocolate drizzle. My warmer food came out and no ice creme. We continued to wait and by the time I was finished ( and kids were crawling all over my head while I ate in the meantime) had to tell the server to cancel our ice creme. The manager came after cancellation with ice creme and was giving us so many excuses as to why it hadn’t come, including that she had to make it and that the server couldn’t make it due to a gluten allergy and that the cooks had put it together all wrong. Prior to this she was standing at our table while we had just ordered drinks in an almost awkward way. We didn’t even know who she was as she hadn’t even introduced herself. This place has to be under new ownership or management, as we have been here many times as locals and have enjoyed the service.. Tonight was definitely not one of them and we will not be back to enjoy one of the many few family restaurants in town. Big thumbs down for Mr mikes. They need to learn how to work better as a team to satisfy customers, our bill came to $140 of a stress filled night, thx Mr mikes

For our wedding anniversary we decided on going to Mr Mikes for dinner. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was nice. Great to have this restaurant in Salmon Arm. Definitely will be back.

Great service from our waitress - Salmon was dry as well as the rice which was one big clump of rice. Overall it was a tasteless dinner. I will eat there again but I won't be getting the baked salmon dinner.

When we entered the restaurant we were greeted and informed they were short of staff and things were not as fast as normal. Our service was excellent as was the food. Thank you
