This hidden gem in Salmon Arm was a really nice surprise! Service was excellent and the food even better! We were walked through the menu from appetizers to main course and drinks. What was recommended to us was just the right choose!
We went with no expectations, spend the night in an amazing, carrying and delicious atmosphere, and left full with positive energy after a night well spent.
We will ABSOLUTELY go back!

My wife and I, we had an amazing dinner in this restaurant! From food, to atmosphere, to service everything was great! Special regards to the Chef and our amazing server Valentina! Can't wait to visit this restaurant again!

Probably the worst burger I’ve ever eaten, it was dry and had an off taste to it but I was so hungry I ate it and the croutons on my ceaser salad were totally stale I had to take them off the plate.
The person I was with had an over cooked deep fried chicken breast that was dark brown and very dry ..it’s 1 am right now and I have severe stomach cramps and can’t sleep so I’m positive it was that burger ! Very very disappointed in the quality of the food and if I’m sick because of it, that’s going to another level 😡

I took my adult girls out for a fun evening and chose Nineteen05 for its location and atmosphere. Two of my girls have life-threatening allergies, one with fish. I called ahead to be sure it was safe for her to dine there. I was assured it was. She informed the server who did check with the kitchen that the meal she ordered would be safe. The server informed us that it was. After two bites, she began to have a reaction and had to take powerful medication to prevent anaphylaxis. She was up through the night because of it, as was I, to ensure she didn't need to be transported to a hospital. When someone literally says they will die if there's any contact with an item on the menu, a manager should oversee the preparation and service of their food. This could have ended very badly for her.

Came here for dinner and we found the food okay not a ton of flavour (the steamed mussels were amazing though) the service was super slow. Only 2 servers and a host for the entire restaurant and patio.
When we wanted to pay the machine didn’t work and the server had walked away while we were paying and had to wait about 10 minutes for her to come back and get a new machine.

Valentina was incredible!! Our party of 16 came in off the lake and was immediately greeted with top notch service. From the drinks to the appetizers and kids plates to the main course and dessert. Valentina was right there at every moment and was a step a head of the entire table all night.

Additionally, Valentina took our 16 top order (appetizers included) without writing a single thing down amd delivered each item with impeccable timing. I have been in the service industry for 20+ years and this is easily one of the most incredible and memorable dinning experiences we have enjoyed.

Thank you Valentina and the staff at Nineteen05. Not only will we be back but also highly recommend to our friends and family ❤️

Absolutely love this place! The new menu is fantastic, and the sushi is some of the best I’ve had. The haddock is always cooked to perfection. You can't beat the view from the patio—easily the best in Salmon Arm. We especially enjoy going on Wednesdays to catch the “Wednesdays on the Wharf” event. One of my favourite restaurants in the Shuswap—highly recommend!

They've done a really nice job on the atmosphere and the staff tried their best however it was definitely apparent they were under staffed. It almost seemed like the servers were also covering the adjacent Brixx Brew House which is also part of the hotel. This led to a number of noticeable issues for our dinner.

Their food portions are generous but unfortunately the Ninteen05 Burger patty was very disappointing despite the rest of the ingredients being good the burger was dry and definitely pre packaged / frozen. Other meals ordered were good but I wouldn't recommend the Peach Bellini.
