Tried out a new restaurant while we were in town and it was rather disappointing. The tables were dirty, one server was running around trying to keep up with all the customers and three rolls took over 45 minutes to get served. Some of the prices were reasonable while the Sashimi was over-priced for the paper thin pieces you get.
The sushi tasted great. The server we had was amazing considering she was new. But the back kitchen took 45 minutes to bring out one chicken teriyaki rice bowl for my fiance, which we asked to have it to go at that point. The rest of the food was out in under 10 minutes but it was all sushi. When we got home, the chicken on the rice bowl was good but the cabbage was all the hard white pieces from the center cut in huge chunks. Also I would never order them on Doordash the prices...

Sushi portions were big, presentation was fantastic, taste was next level. Without a doubt the best meal my family and I had on vacation in Salmon Arm. It can definitely go toe to toe with any big city sushi restaurant. Don’t miss this food stop gem!
