A total neighborhood gem! The sandwiches are incredibly fresh, the coffee is consistently perfect, and the gelato is the best way to top it all off. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Highly recommend for a quick lunch or a sweet treat!

The cheese in the sandwiches is SO high quality and delicious. We had the two kinds of vegetarian sandwiches and they were excellent. Cute atmosphere too.
Had matcha tea and the most delicious carrot cake ever!! Lovely staff, comfy chairs and striking art on walls. Ate the chicken quesidias and were very impressed with the generous portion, excellent and oh-so-tasty ingredients! Go here and you will enjoy.

I was never really a breakfast guy, but the Bacon Breakfast Bagle was the best breakfast I had in my entire life! Unfortunately, we’re only passing through and will be leaving Salmon Arm tomorrow, but i will 100% recommend this place to everyone looking for delicious breakfast food and/or smoothies & coffee!!! My 4 buddies also loved it, and if you are vegetarian (like 2 of us) it has also great options!
