Door dash arrived AGAIN missing an item we ordered. And of course they don’t answer the phone but they did call back. Door dash is no help. They refunded the tacos but one person in my family didn’t get dinner. Turns out they ran out of sauce and just didn’t bother calling to ask if we wanted something different. Excuse was they were busy due to an event downtown that was highly publicized but they didn’t schedule for appropriately. The food isn’t good enough for the hassle involved.

I ordered on doordash. Paid for chicken extra roasted veggies extra guacamole. Suppose to have salsa and sourcream.the first pic is the advertisement to order the second 2 is what I got delivered. i paid delivery and a tip too.

I really like the food here. The food is always fresh. The store's atmosphere is very friendly. And Param is a really nice girl. She handles everyone with great care and serves food with love.Always recommend. .

Stopped in on Aug 14 around 6 PM but noticed the worker wasn’t changing gloves between handling money, the cash register, wiping his nose, and then preparing food. I watched him serve several customers in front of me the same way never once changed gloves .. while cross contaminating the toppings. I decided to leave

The food and service were fine, but out of the Quesada locations I’ve been to, the Salmon Arm location felt the least clean and welcoming. The burrito I ordered wasn’t wrapped with care and was dripping with sauce, and the bathrooms weren’t well maintained. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt—it could’ve just been an off day. The food tasted fine overall.

I ordered with the app and I purchased the BIG ASS salsa and and the big ass queso , I was givin the medium sized containers and told they downsized, and in the app it does not say the amount. There was nothing saying they downsized them and I think the manager was lying and he was trying rip me off and he wouldn’t give me a refund until I got really mad at him, at first I asked nicely and he wanted me to go back out to my truck and get him the dips if I wanted a refund and I told him no 10 times and then he finally just gave me a $10 bill. He is very cheap with amount of meat. The fish taco I ordered was like half a taco it was only half full it only had 2 small peices of fish, the 3 beef tacos had barely any meat on them. Probably only 1 spoon full . Waste of money, the queso was disgusting and the chips taste like cardboard.

Had a great experience at Quesada today! Param served me and provided excellent customer service. Super friendly, polite, and made sure everything was just right with my order. Definitely appreciate the great service will be coming back again!

I was waiting for my Barito in my truck at the Salmon Arm store. The guy brought my food out to my truck for me 😊
