Best pies we've had in our lives. first time we went around 12pm, many savory pies were sold out. we liked this place so much that we visited twice on our 2 week trip. the second time we went around 9am and everything was available.
Pies were so good we stopped in on our way back. Our pie-loving relatives had a tough time choosing between the bumbleberry and the strawberry-rhubarb - we opted not to choose, having a slice of both! I also tried the seasonal haskap-blueberry, which was equally delicious. Their crusts are the closest we've had to my Grammie's (her pie crusts were legendary). Their fillings are so flavorful, leaving a taste of home in your mouth. And we didn't even get a chance...
Great place to get pies with many different flavours- frozen or fresh. The butter tarts were delicious and the chicken baguette we ordered was pretty big which we shared between the 2 of us. They used real chicken and not deli meat, very tasty.
