Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

We did mobile order and they forgot to give it to us, but the food was great and the atmosphere too.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I waited a long time at the counter, but no one came to take my order. There were two staff members visible, yet one of them told me they were the only person working. After waiting without being helped, I had no choice but to leave without placing an order. This was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Could not understand the server
Gave us the wrong drink
Tried to explain but could not get it across to them that this was not what we ordered so took the drink paid and drove off

Waited 10 minutes for a coffee I ordered at the machine. Had to get in line to remind them at the counter.

It's Tim Hortons, not much to get excited about other than it being available.

I ordered certain timbits on the mobile app. They didn’t have the ones we wanted and only had chocolate and that’s no big deal to me. I said that it’s okay we don’t need them and to not bother as I and my husband don’t like the chocolate ones. They gave me my latte and I was off my husband checks the account and said they charged us for the timbits any way. I worked there I know you can edit it and change the total and give refunds off the mobile orders and so I go back and ask why I was charged and the employee was rude and said they can’t reuse me my money and that was it. So I was basically just robed from tim Hortons and they refused to give me my money back! Worst place ever don’t ever go here!

They’re running this place like the military. The most spotless Tims I’ve ever seen. Literally my food and tea were ready two seconds after I ordered. Unreal. Hidden gem I will be back!

I've been here regularly for months. I absolutely adore the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. The food and menu change from time to time to time, and currently the summer drinks really help me cool down under the heat of the sun.

My daughter order a vanilla latte. she was drinking through a straw and something ended up in her mouth .She takes it out and it was a finger nail . This is the worse Tim Hortons in Salmon Arm . Called them twice no call back. Will never go back
