Best Tims Staff ever! The drive through guy on Friday night Feb 20 was super good. All the staff seem great too.

My husband I went through yesterday and we ordered a sausage on a biscuit with no egg on it, and a regular sausage egg biscuit. We drove away and realized they gave us a biscuit with only egg on it, not just sausage. I don't eat egg. So we stopped at the downtown location and thankfully they fixed it for us. I was on my way to work and didn't have time to go back. And then today I went through and ordered a bagel toasted with butter, and then I drove off to head to work and they put nothing whatsoever on my bagel. So it was a dry bagel. And I had no time to go back

If customers are not allowed to tell their modifications clearly please write in big hoarding board.. Your employee is rude and does not listen their customers.. being a regular customer not satisfied..
This is one of the most poorly managed THs in BC, and western Canada. Staff entirely focused on a drive thru with low flo, and abandoning a new staff member to manage a long lineup for walkin. I was first in line and it took 20 mins to get my order because training is not done properly. The manager is non-existent wandering around with a paper in her hand. 35 minutes to get a coffee and box of muffins with 8 people behind me. Staff ignored me multiple times when I requested my drink that was finished, sitting and getting cold, behind the counter. Rude, poorly run, and this is a common occurrence, which is why I rarely visit.

It was spectacular experience for us, my families drop in this Tims to grab some food and drinks on the way to our destination. This Tims Hortons has the cleanest washroom I eversee and the front counter staffs are so nice and friendly to their customers eventhough its so busy. For the food and drinks all I say is so good and taste fresh.
I just want to express and shared my experience visiting tim hortons uptown . For giving us the best service and very welcoming staff and i just loved how they being friendly to each every customer’s . Also i like how fresh their coffee and warmed the food which what i liked . ❤️ good ambience cleaned washroom it’s all worth to come back 🥰

Worst experience.I visited 2am for coffee. Workers are very rude and misbehave.overall i would say that if you don’t wanna work then what are you doing here ? 👞
Very irritated with this tim Hortons. Workers do not follow simple instructions and supervisors are rude, also not listening to instructions and issues when brought up.

I visited your drive-thru around 3:00 AM, and I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the staff on duty, who appeared to be philippino. They were completely uncooperative and rude throughout the interaction.
I ordered a croissant, and the staff told me I would have to wait for one hour, which is absolutely unacceptable for a drive-thru service. I also requested less ice in my coffee, but they gave me a cup that was half full of ice instead.
Additionally, they were speaking in their own language while looking at us, which was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable — as it seemed they were talking about us.
This experience was completely below your brand’s service standards. I request you to take strict action against the staff on duty and ensure such behavior is not repeated in the future.
