Early morning stop as there was a coffee craving & the open Tim Hortons sign was calling out to us! Disappointing at best when the drive thru attendant was unfriendly & short with us. almost annoyed when we pulled up & out in our simple order-3 drinks & 6 pack of donuts. Well the donuts were not what we ordered, not even close & we were the only vehicle in the drive thru or restaurant alike. As we drove away we didn't get a thanks have a nice day or anything, not even an attempted smug smile. Short snappy like we were a bother to the morning staff. I feel if you truly dislike your job enough that it rubs off on your customers then don't work in the customer service/fast food industry!! Its no way to start the day, from my perspective anyway.....Id say give the hours to staff that appreciates customers & acts as if their pay cheque relies on it!!
Haven't been there in awhile and i only borrowed their wifi and had a hot chocolate. It was fairly busy and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Staff was friendly and on point with what they do. I was going to buy a dozen doughnuts but i decided i didnt deserve them because ive been a little lazy lately. I definitely do enjoy them though and as im writing this im thinking about heading to Tims to get a box. 😋
Parking: I havent enjoyed the actual 'eats' they serve but after seeing all the options i will definitely be going to try the dinners next time i decide to eat at a diner
