Early morning stop as there was a coffee craving & the open Tim Hortons sign was calling out to us! Disappointing at best when the drive thru attendant was unfriendly & short with us. almost annoyed when we pulled up & out in our simple order-3 drinks & 6 pack of donuts. Well the donuts were not what we ordered, not even close & we were the only vehicle in the drive thru or restaurant alike. As we drove away we didn't get a thanks have a nice day or anything, not even an attempted smug smile. Short snappy like we were a bother to the morning staff. I feel if you truly dislike your job enough that it rubs off on your customers then don't work in the customer service/fast food industry!! Its no way to start the day, from my perspective anyway.....Id say give the hours to staff that appreciates customers & acts as if their pay cheque relies on it!!

Haven't been there in awhile and i only borrowed their wifi and had a hot chocolate. It was fairly busy and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Staff was friendly and on point with what they do. I was going to buy a dozen doughnuts but i decided i didnt deserve them because ive been a little lazy lately. I definitely do enjoy them though and as im writing this im thinking about heading to Tims to get a box. 😋
Parking: I havent enjoyed the actual 'eats' they serve but after seeing all the options i will definitely be going to try the dinners next time i decide to eat at a diner

Went through drive-through with my wife today and had a lady tell me to shut my mouth and shut up and for my wife’s coffee to just drink it because it was made correctly when it was incorrectly wrong and all the manager did was make the lady say sorry totally unacceptable customer service is extremely rude and ignorant it would mess up an order instead of just remaking it or rather stand there and argue with you until their customers to shut their mouth and just suck it up and drink it Tim Hortons downtown Salmon arm needs all new management mostly all new staff there’s a few good ones there but for that lady today Who told me and my wife to shut our mouth Should be immediately terminated on the spot but no she even argues with the manager and still has a job

Beyond Slow service 10 minutes for a coffee and muffin and they can’t even tell the difference between a lemon poppyseed muffin and a blueberry. The job isn’t hard yet it’s nonstop mistakes from everyone. Definitely won’t be going here anymore.

Just visited this location and Tamara working the till was awful. Very rude and should not be dealing with customers directly. She was sarcastic, and jaded and didn't want to be there. She was especially awful to my children. The only thing that saved this review from 1 star was Josana. She was lovely and helpful. She swooped in just when Tamara was becoming irate because we forgot to say the size of double double we wanted.
