The incompetence is unbelievable nobody has any common sense anymore
Ask for everything Bengal double toasted with some extra butter and crank it up to high heat which leaves it ice cold in the middle and she put butter on one side and when. I tried to stop her and she said it was my fault for not saying butter on both sides! None of these places hire competent staff

Waited for 10 minutes for breakfast sandwichs, when I received them they were cold, the server didn't seem to care at all when I said they were cold. He just stared at me and walked away. Service and quality of Tim Hortons products jas taken a nose dive in the past ten years, absolutely no care of concern for customer service, people who you cannot understand in the drive thru. And the general cleanliness of Tim Horton outlets. Proud Canadian company, that's a laugh. Start hiring canadians before claiming to be a canadian company and expecting canadians to support your business when you don't seem to support canadians. As always walking into the restaurant there's an obvious bias in hiring practices. The only reason I was there was it was the only place accessible to me, Tim Hortons, no matter which one in which province is never a first choice for me, it's a choice of last resort, I do everything I can not to support a company that does not support the neighborhoods they are in. In short Tim Hortons is abusing the temporary workers visas to save on wages and avoid hiring from the group of people who you expect to support your business.

I was really disappointed with the new management of this Tim Horton's as they do not care at all about their customers. I also was disappointed with the cleanliness of the back kitchen that had a big problem with flies.
I’m very satisfied with the service at Tim Hortons in Smart Centre today. Even during the rush, the staff were fast, friendly, and efficient. Kudos to the whole team!

Good service but tables are filthy and building is full of flies, including in the bakery all over the donuts.
