The gentleman that helped me was kind, straight to business. Got the food and drink in a good time, and was wished a good day.

The best time here is in the early morning, nice white lady at drive thru is really good at her job makes sure everything is right and doesn't mess up.

Clean bathrooms! Were fast in taking my order. And bringing out the food. Thankful as I was on my way to the airport!! Great last stop on the way to Kamloops airport!

👎🏻👎🏻The girl taking orders on drive thru today around 11:45 pm. The worst customer service and super rude. I asked for customising my order and she REFUSED. Every Tim Horton customises my food but she said we can't do it. She said, "other tim may do but we can't." She refused to provide the service. She should be performing her duty in a bit better way. She seemed to be english girl from voice. I come here every day but definitely not now onwards. The management needs to take the issue a little more seriously.
I was super hungry and Tim is what I prefer but she declined to give my order so I had to fill my stomach just with tea. I feel sad over this incident because Tim has been nice to me. But today was heartbreaking.

Flies and wasps were in the donut display case. My breakfast wrap was poorly prepared and there was a bit of a wait considering the lack of customers.

Visiting from out of town and this is the 3rd time this week they've messed up my order. The staff do not listen to what you order and give you the wrong stuff. Then when I politely tried to get it corrected, they gave me so much attitude and were so rude!

I've never seen so many flies in any Tim Hortons, and I've seen some dirty Tim Hortons across Canada. The staff were completely oblivious to them flying around everywhere from the washrooms to the food prep. and dine-in areas, sitting on the baked goods, orders, and other food items.

Just gross went to change my grandson on the change table and as I pulled it down it had a gross dirty blood soaked used sani pad tucked inside it . Gross complained to staff who really said nothing in the way of apology.

It took over 20 minutes to get 5 decaf coffees. The employees kept filling up cups and dumping them (4 or 5 times). It was incredibly frustrating. Everyone makes mistakes, but I would prefer some communication next time if it happens again.
