I recently tried the Veggie Burger here and was pleasantly surprised! The patty was flavourful and had a great texture. Super tasty patty, fresh toppings, and that signature sauce brought it all together. Staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back for another bite.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My burger was absolutely disgusting, my yam fries were burnt and my milkshake wasn’t flavourful at all… this is the second time I’ve had a horrible experience for almost $30 order for a SINGLE person.

Have been going to this triple o's for a while, and the food & service has definitely way gotten better!! Had a double double with bacon on it the other day and was the Best burger ever had in a triple o's or white spot also the fries were fresh and hot 👌 👌 Also the server at the counter was supper polite and greated with a smile!!

I waited far too long for my food (25+ minutes) When I finally asked why it was taking so long the staff was surprised that i hadn't received it. They checked their cameras and someone has apparently grabbed my order from the counter while I was off washing my hands etc... the speed that they remade my order was excellent and the way they handled the situation was very professional. On top of this the food is was finally served was excellent, delicious, and great. I'd eat here again for sure.

I will rate all restaurants that do not have proper hand washing procedures 1 star. I ordered my food and the same person who took my order walked to the prep station and immediately started preparing the food without washing their hands. People deserve sanitary food.
