This review is nothing against the staff, they’re good people, it’s actually the crummy speaker system that disrupts the service and leaves something to be desired, that being: PLEASE REPLACE THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER. It’s so hard to hear the service worker through the speaker, and it seems like they have trouble understanding me as well when I’m telling them my order. The volume is so low and garbled I have to physically push my head through my window to hear what they’re trying to tell me and I have no hearing problems so I feel bad for those who are hearing-impaired.

Very disappointed. Original burger with cheese was bland and lacking the original sauce taste. The garlic parmesan fries were disgusting. So much sauce (I thought they would just be seasoned) that the fries were soggy and mostly inedible. Threw most of them out. Won't be ordering from any Triple O in the future.

I recently tried the Veggie Burger here and was pleasantly surprised! The patty was flavourful and had a great texture. Super tasty patty, fresh toppings, and that signature sauce brought it all together. Staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back for another bite.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My burger was absolutely disgusting, my yam fries were burnt and my milkshake wasn’t flavourful at all… this is the second time I’ve had a horrible experience for almost $30 order for a SINGLE person.
