Very disappointed in the quality of the food. You may not care about your job but at least care that the food you are serving is a meal for a family with money from our wallets.

I will rate all restaurants that do not have proper hand washing procedures 1 star.
I ordered my food and the same person who took my order walked to the prep station and immediately started preparing the food without washing their hands.
People deserve sanitary food.

Just drive through salmon arm. Got gas and drove through the white spot. 40 dollars for horrible burger and ten fries with no salt or condiments in bag. Onion rings horrible and coffee vanilla frappe half full and no flavour. If I could go back to demand my money I would. I feel completely ripped off and will NEVER go to salmon arms white spot ever again. Complete joke.

Went in for a take out order on Oct. 1, 2024 at 5pm. The gentleman who helped us was an incredible person. Very friendly and helpful. The burgers and fries were all fantastic! We will definitely be going back there again!

We got chicken burgers and fries, and they were decent. The fries were better than the burgers. Maybe it was just our taste buds, but the burgers weren't what we were expecting. A great little resteraunt to check out if you already are getting some gas at the gas station there.

Typically make the trek to Salmon Arm once or twice a year. After an 11-hour drive and then checking into the hotel, virtually every time I go straight to the Triple O's. I'm usually hungry and in need of a good hamburger and milkshake. Their food is cooked fresh and is fantastic. Service is good and the place is very clean. For my money they are the best burgers in town and I get them every time.

We ordered 2 veggie burgers, an original burger and an order of fries through the drive through tonight. When we went to eat our meal we found that all the fries were the size of my finger nails and had no taste. The two veggie burgers had no signature pickle included with them. The veggie patties were very mushy (undercooked?) and there was very little sauce on them making them very bland to the taste. If we lived closer I would have brought the order back. We have always had great service and good food in the past so this was very disappointing. Btw….the restaurant was not busy.

As a couple from Ottawa, we decided to give Triple O's a try on one of our stops from Calgary to Vancouver, and it was a great overall experience. We were attended by a lovely, cheery lady named Alvy, who had a beautiful smile and whom greeted us kindly. We ordered a cod (fish) burger, and a buttermilk chicken burger. We made one of our burgers a combo to try out the fries. The cod sandwhich was excellent. The fish was very fresh tasting, and the tartar-esque sauce that was drizzled over it was very delicious. The cod burger was a 10/10. However, the chicken burger lacked a wow-factor for my partner and I personally. It came with a barbecue sauce and mayo. I think if the sauce was more unique, it would've been a better sandwhich. However, it was prepared very well, and it was tasty nonetheless. The fries were excellent. They were rustic, and appearing to be hand-cut fries. They were not overly salted, and the potato itself had a fantastic taste. Overall, my partner and I are very happy to have stopped for a bite at Triple O's in Salmon Arm. Alvy and the rest of the team provided a pleasant experience. Would most definitely come back again!
