I come here lots ..but will avoid in the future..lack of communication, shitty food served with bad attitude, 👎 the English skills are minimum and kind of take it or leave it attitude explains why LESS CANADIEN ARE COMMING TO THIS LOCATION .used to be very friendly now not so , they speak to each other in other languages so always wonder are they talking about customers, very uninviting atmosphere. Hair in food and just a different experience than before .place to avoid ..all the responses to feedback are canned so they don't seem to want change.hope the attitude changes 🙄 would like it like before, friendly ,customer service oriented and not adversarial, in case you ask a question take care they almost yell at you ,

Fast service, but when you order a blizzard and pay for extra toppings and there is a few pieces in it…not even a quarter of what you get in a normal blizzard everywhere else….its a rip off! This is their drive through. Disappointed

Best ice cream

Went in for a couple of blizzards. It did take a bit more time than usual but they were extremely busy so to be expected.

I'm a diabetic looking for some of their diabetic friendly ice cream like I always do on a hot day but the uniformed person at the counter with an attitude told me DQ doesn't sell such a product. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns.

Nice staff

It's your basic fast food fare - food is mediocre, not horrible but not the best you've ever had either. Veggies and meat ingredients could be fresher. Blizzards are half decent but the candy ingredients could be fresher. Fries and onion rings are nothing to write home about, but it's still edible for fast food. I'd say it's Meh. Prices are pretty good for meh food.

Took my wife out for dinner and was very pleased.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Just tried to come through the drive through at 3:45pm on Sunday Dec 22nd and received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the person working the drivethru mic. So much sass and attitude that I genuinely backed out of the drive thru. Won't be coming back here.

Spent $23 on two burgers and made with such poor quality. Hard to get good quality these days

they took 15 mins for a 6 peice chicken strip basket with 5 workers and only 3 orders

BOGO, buy one get one, but at the till I was asked to pay $10? At an Abbotsford location I got the deal but at this location in Vedder I've been turned away twice now. This is some scuzzy, corporate style wording of "Oh yeah you pay full price for 1 then get the second for the BOGO price", yet in Abbotsford it worked as expected as a 'Buy One, Get One' at the advertised coupon price. The prices at this location seem awful in comparison to other fast food places that are all within walking distance even. Guess I won't throw away the coupons in case I'm in Abby at some point but why do they even mail them here if they don't work.

My dipping sauce was omitted from my door dash order for my chicken strips. There is no place on the app to ask for ketchup, vinegar or napkins. Made for a disappointing. This was the Sardis location
