Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Have not had DQ in quite a long time, was craving something sweet. Ordered the Cupfection, came to nearly 9 dollars and was very underwhelming and cheap tasting brownie. DQ just doesn't seem to be what it used to be.

Meal was very disappointing. Ordered a spicy chicken burger, that was in no way spicy. Chicken was very dry and over cooked. Blizzard was only half mixed with very little mix ins. Ordering in the drive thru was difficult, and man was very short with me, and not explaining himself well. Was a very poor experience.

never once have i gone here and they have understood nor got my order right, it’s crazy honestly

I come here lots ..but will avoid in the future..lack of communication, shitty food served with bad attitude, 👎 the English skills are minimum and kind of take it or leave it attitude explains why LESS CANADIEN ARE COMMING TO THIS LOCATION .used to be very friendly now not so , they speak to each other in other languages so always wonder are they talking about customers, very uninviting atmosphere. Hair in food and just a different experience than before .place to avoid ..all the responses to feedback are canned so they don't seem to want change.hope the attitude changes 🙄 would like it like before, friendly ,customer service oriented and not adversarial, in case you ask a question take care they almost yell at you ,

Fast service, but when you order a blizzard and pay for extra toppings and there is a few pieces in it…not even a quarter of what you get in a normal blizzard everywhere else….its a rip off! This is their drive through. Disappointed

Best ice cream

Went in for a couple of blizzards. It did take a bit more time than usual but they were extremely busy so to be expected.

I'm a diabetic looking for some of their diabetic friendly ice cream like I always do on a hot day but the uniformed person at the counter with an attitude told me DQ doesn't sell such a product. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns.

Nice staff

It's your basic fast food fare - food is mediocre, not horrible but not the best you've ever had either. Veggies and meat ingredients could be fresher. Blizzards are half decent but the candy ingredients could be fresher. Fries and onion rings are nothing to write home about, but it's still edible for fast food. I'd say it's Meh. Prices are pretty good for meh food.
