I would leave zero stars if I could. Just tried to come through the drive through at 3:45pm on Sunday Dec 22nd and received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the person working the drivethru mic. So much sass and attitude that I genuinely backed out of the drive thru. Won't be coming back here.

Spent $23 on two burgers and made with such poor quality. Hard to get good quality these days

they took 15 mins for a 6 peice chicken strip basket with 5 workers and only 3 orders

BOGO, buy one get one, but at the till I was asked to pay $10? At an Abbotsford location I got the deal but at this location in Vedder I've been turned away twice now. This is some scuzzy, corporate style wording of "Oh yeah you pay full price for 1 then get the second for the BOGO price", yet in Abbotsford it worked as expected as a 'Buy One, Get One' at the advertised coupon price. The prices at this location seem awful in comparison to other fast food places that are all within walking distance even. Guess I won't throw away the coupons in case I'm in Abby at some point but why do they even mail them here if they don't work.

My dipping sauce was omitted from my door dash order for my chicken strips. There is no place on the app to ask for ketchup, vinegar or napkins. Made for a disappointing. This was the Sardis location

They lady serving us today was vary rude we tried ordering a crispy chicken sandwich we were told that it will take a long tim. We told her that it was ok we can wait. We payed and waited 10 minutes later the window opens and she drops the burger on my lap and leaves. We end up with a cold grilled chicken. Never going there again ! recommend going to Downtown location staff is much friendlier and no bad attitude !!

The burgers are always great. The fries were perfect and seasoned just right. The lineup was a bit crowded with people waiting to be served and people waiting for their food. A separate section for those waiting would be ideal.

Did some work for the owner on his fire suppression system. Hasn't paid me for my work.

I can understand why their ratings are so poor. We just ordered 2 Chicken Strip dinners through the Drive-thru... when they passed me the bag, I asked specifically "are the dipping sauces in the bag?" The gentleman said yes. They weren't! Poor service.
