We visit Fred & Ruth regularly. Their new roasted coffee is great! They are also located conveniently at the Ferry Terminal. A must visit when you come to Saturna Island. On our recent visit to Saturna, we tried their Mediterranean Pizza (House). It was absolutely fantastic! Make sure you try this when you get to Saturna Island!

What a great little cafe. It's conveniently located right by the ferry making it the perfect place to grab something while you wait. They have some nutritious options as well as the usual favourites including ice cream.Ruth and Fred were very friendly. We rented kayaks from them for a couples hours and Fred was helpful and patient getting us set up. Thank you!!

A favourite haunt - good food with great ingredients and a Mediterranean base. Friendly banter from Fred and Ruth makes sure you don't feel rushed even in ferry rush hour. Always something new on the menu and the small pantry of food stock for sale has the BEST maple syrup, oat milk and tahini around. Hand painted mugs make the perfect Saturna souvenir to take to friends off island I love this place.

Saturna is one of my absolute favourite Gulf Islands... so easy to get around, from East Point to Narvaez Bay and everywhere in between! Even better is the new "Vibrational Cafe" right as you get off the ferry terminal, for all your Saturna snacking needs as you explore the island, and to pick up some dinner before your ferry ride back home. The menu is extensive and delicious, I got a thin crust pita pizza with "toum" garlic sauce and artichokes... yum! I also got a coffee (delicious) and a homemade carrot juice. I felt very healthy after my visit. The cafe is adorable! They have a little store with some local products, and even sell "Vibrational Greens" to take home. I started following the cafe on Facebook to see their daily specials, including some beautiful sushi rolls. Can't wait to stop in for more snacks on my next Saturna adventure! :D

A great spot for Mediterranean food and coffee. Fresh juices, smoothies and shakes. Friendly owners. They also have a small selection of provisions. Show up early if you're catching the ferry. And there's ice cream!

The food was excellent, especially the chocolate oatmeal cookies. The owner, Fred, is knowledgable and friendly. He gave me and my buddy a map of the island and had a few solid suggestions for places for to check out.I would recommend!

We stayed at arbutus point campground this past weekend, this was a great place for breakfast pastries. We also got ice cream while waiting for the ferry back and it was great - ask for their custom made coffee cream soda (it is high octane!)

Convenient selection of food and supplies. Owner also gave us great tips and advice of where to go and what to see! First place you should stop after getting off the ferry

This place is great! It's worth taking a trip to Saturna Island for the cookies alone. Fantastic salads, pita pizzas, and smoothies too. Definitely worth a visit.
