Management needs to be more involved. Disappointed with Valentine's Day promotion, no communication with staff, pretty lame. Menu is hit and miss. Needs a real cook.

We had take out and were disappointed in the portion sizes. I recognize that food costs are higher for everyone but for the price we paid, 3 entrees, plus the additional cost for take out containers (which I can understand) I really think there is room for improvement. We have eaten in restaurant previously and did not have that impression. We take out from restaurants often with two little kids and the fries that we got from two orders weren’t even enough to split between them. It will be a pass for us next time.

My coworker and I ate lunch and it was awesome. I had the clubhouse and it had real turkey, real cheddar cheese and it was amazing. My coworker had the copper island burger and it was massive. All around a great lunch with great service. Thank you all it was much appreciated.

If if you’re into small town mentality as far as gossipy waitresses and patrons then please attend this establishment their food is great when it’s ordered properly off the menu not as a waitress would like to see it and if you don’t like the experience you can have the manager just let you know that that small town mentality and any smaller than this is going downstairs and talking to the manager while holding a baby and telling me to never come back now is that not small town mentality cheers have a great day and whatever you do do not break a $13 glass because the next time you go in for a drink you will pay $13 have a great day enjoy your experienceHappy birthday to me! What a beautiful place to stop in for a bite to eat and/or beverage along your travels! Having visited on multiple occasions, I am consistently impressed by the menu options and the quality of the food.During a night in Sorrento, my girlfriend and I opted for Copper Island Pub, where we enjoyed a leisurely evening engaging in various activities such as air hockey, basketball, and glow pool (in addition to the standard pool). The basement boasts a wide array of arcade games, while the beautiful patio overlooking the Shuswap adds to the charm during the summer. The overall atmosphere of the venue is noteworthy, prompting us to extend our stay until close on a Monday night, despite a day of extensive travel. It's worth noting that neither of us are frequent drinkers or bar enthusiasts.While I typically refrain from leaving reviews, encountering a business that genuinely excites me to return prompts me to acknowledge their commendable efforts. For those passing through Sorrento, I highly recommend stopping by this establishment during your travels.

The atmosphere wasn't bad, besides the fight that broke out. Lots of seating, looked like they had a patio. Downstairs is a game room with enough things to keep you busy and it honestly saved the night. The food was terrible. 4 of us all ordered different things (I got the platter with a bunch of different appies) and we were all extremely disappointed. The drinks weren't bad, but I asked for a double and that's definitely not what I got. Woman downstairs was sick, let us all know she was sick, but would be as close to us as she could be. Service was extremely slow and hectic. Everyone seemed so stressed. Guy behind the bar was so confused about everything we asked him. Gross old men sit there at the bar and stare at you no shame. It was a pretty disappointing experience.
