Absolutely disgusting. Our waitress was kind and professional, but nothing can make up for what we experienced. If you’re thinking of eating here, DO NOT sit on the patio — the place is crawling with rats. Not just one or two — we saw several running around our feet like they owned the place. We told our server, and all they did was offer to move us to another table. They apologized and admitted they’re aware of the rat issue. That’s horrifying. How can a restaurant knowingly allow customers to eat surrounded by rodents? Our appetite was gone, and honestly, we just wanted to get the hell out of there. This was one of the most revolting dining experiences I’ve ever had.

i went here a few days ago with some of my friends and it wasn’t a great experience. the actual servers were very nice and did an amazing job, but weirdly most of the time it was random other employees coming up to help us. i get that you’re a team and wanna help out but it was SO confusing, who does the tip go to? and when three different people have asked me how the food is tasting it gets a little much. especially because something was missing that i ordered and so i had to tell each person individually 😭 which was annoying. and i still finished the majority of my food before i got it.
also, i wasn’t really surprised that something from the order was wrong because the lady taking our orders did not write anything down. which always stresses me out so much, like no need to impress me just write it down girl.
at one point when one of the many people came to check on us we asked for the bill. shortly after our server (i think) came up to us and asked if we were feeling like getting some dessert. it just felt so jumbled and unorganized. and considering how slow it was i feel like it could’ve been a lot smoother.
the music was also pretty bad. its like horrible club remixes of songs.
anyways, service from actual servers was good and food was good as well. but this experience did not make me wanna come back here over another place

The Earl's franchise has had my loyalty for four decades. This location has always been a pleasant experience in terms of yummy, well-plated entrees. The staff is always professional and accommodating to your table's needs and requests.
I bring family here repeatedly. Which says a lot: it means there is a consistency in the dining experience that I can depend on.
My go-to dish is the Cajun Blackened Chicken entree with the tasty warm potato salad.

Relatives from California were visiting. Went to Earls Grandview Corners. Service, food, atmosphere was exceptional. After a week visiting here and going out every night to different restaurants local ones and downtown Vancouver, they said that the best food they had while visiting Canada was at EARLS. And I would have to agree. Best about Earls is that they are always trying to improve in every way, and it shows. Congratulations

We've noticed that the overall quality of food and service has been declining. They used to have several rather unique menu items that have all disappeared, and now it's a menu that's the same as everywhere else. Sad to see a slow decline.

Earls has still managed to keep the menu fresh and updated, unlike a lot of its competitors such as Milestones or Cactus Club who seem to now rely on premade mass produced items - the service was excellent. My only complaint is the music is way too loud, and thus we only go when we can sit outside, because it's impossible to have a conversation when inside.
Great environment, service and food! We had the salmon - it was great! The server was wonderful. The manager, Austin, came over and was very welcoming and a good man.
