Went in to meet a friend and catch the Blue Jays game... I was super impressed with the new additions to the menu! The new martinis were AMAZING and my friend and I had the dumplings and vegan tofu bowl... Delish! The chips and salsa before I meal arrived were a great touch! Our server Rachel was awesome! Sweet, warm and attentive. Great service! Also the host who greeted me got me really excited about the new menu items. So did Rachel.... She also told me about the new brunch items so I can't wait to come back for brunch with the hubby. Great experience

I host a monthly happy hour for about 20 ladies. Earl's is one of our favourites, but no longer. The new happy hour menu is terrible, no choices of good food, I did not want an 8 ounce glass of wine, but if I wanted happy hour prices, I had no choice. Very disappointing.

Right away from the hostess to the server to even the manager and the bartender everyone came and said hello asked us if we needed anything and it was honestly an experience where it felt like we were part of this community not just dining at a random restaurant. Even one of the servers who is outstanding, but wasn't serving us at the time came over to us to ask us how we are doing because he recognized us from the many times we've been at this location. His name is Perry and he is 100% the epitome of excellent customer service.

Absolutely disgusting. Our waitress was kind and professional, but nothing can make up for what we experienced. If you’re thinking of eating here, DO NOT sit on the patio — the place is crawling with rats. Not just one or two — we saw several running around our feet like they owned the place. We told our server, and all they did was offer to move us to another table. They apologized and admitted they’re aware of the rat issue. That’s horrifying. How can a restaurant knowingly allow customers to eat surrounded by rodents? Our appetite was gone, and honestly, we just wanted to get the hell out of there. This was one of the most revolting dining experiences I’ve ever had.

i went here a few days ago with some of my friends and it wasn’t a great experience. the actual servers were very nice and did an amazing job, but weirdly most of the time it was random other employees coming up to help us. i get that you’re a team and wanna help out but it was SO confusing, who does the tip go to? and when three different people have asked me how the food is tasting it gets a little much. especially because something was missing that i ordered and so i had to tell each person individually 😭 which was annoying. and i still finished the majority of my food before i got it.
also, i wasn’t really surprised that something from the order was wrong because the lady taking our orders did not write anything down. which always stresses me out so much, like no need to impress me just write it down girl.
at one point when one of the many people came to check on us we asked for the bill. shortly after our server (i think) came up to us and asked if we were feeling like getting some dessert. it just felt so jumbled and unorganized. and considering how slow it was i feel like it could’ve been a lot smoother.
the music was also pretty bad. its like horrible club remixes of songs.
anyways, service from actual servers was good and food was good as well. but this experience did not make me wanna come back here over another place

The Earl's franchise has had my loyalty for four decades. This location has always been a pleasant experience in terms of yummy, well-plated entrees. The staff is always professional and accommodating to your table's needs and requests.
I bring family here repeatedly. Which says a lot: it means there is a consistency in the dining experience that I can depend on.
My go-to dish is the Cajun Blackened Chicken entree with the tasty warm potato salad.
