I went last night to earls and the service was unreal. I've never seen such great service. Our server was on top of it and just made my experience a 6 star. She was fun and engaging young woman. The food was cooked the best I've ever had . I cant wait to get back again. I still have so much more to write. Thanks again for a great experience.

The burger was just saturated in mustard to the point that it was starting to stay in my hand with a tint of yellow, and the burger patty was dry. Got the first burger replaced with no mustard, and the second burger patty was dry as

Screwed up the burger and couldn't make it right.Why is it Canadian restaurants cannot figure out how valuable their customers are.This was a business lunch, one might have offered a free desert or a comp meal. Nope this incompetent manager said " we will take it off the bill"REALLY considering I didn't eat it, and they screwed it up.....you doing me a favour by removing the items from the bill.After many business lunches at various Earls restaurants, I am done!!!I have let the other screw ups slide, between the variable customer service, ok food quality and high tips, enough is enough!!

Always best service, understandable guys and you don’t have to be a blond bombshell to wait for your service. This is my go to spot. They recommmend a stellar drink everytime.
Booked a table for 4, days before the dinner but still had to wait for almost 30mins. The lady offered us free drinks while waiting. We sat and ordered drinks and appetizers, came on time but the server took a long time to come back to our table for us to order main course. We were just waiting there with our empty appy plates and some of us with empty drinks. We even had to ask for utensils. Not a good experience.
We had a wonderful brunch. It was quiet up until a large group was seated beside us who were loud. Not sure if possible to have sat them away from the quiet tables. Bur overall was terrific

The service was so disappointing. The waiter was so incredibly rude and obnoxious. We were celebrating a birthday and it turned out to be one of the worst ones yet. Never EVER going back!!
