what can i say,quality is great, staff are very nice they smile a lot, the food is excellent very clean dining area to relax in with a burger and a frosty cold root beer. Overall, the staff are very inviting and make the wait for food worth the time. keep smiling y'all!

They handled the noon hour rush with ease...didn't have to wait long and everything was hot, fresh and crispy...we'll done! Dining area badly in need of a makeover...but what Dub isn't???
We used to have some pretty bad food at A&W, but lately it has been pretty good ?
Parking: You park, it is fun watching people try to use the car wash atthe gas station, everyone parks 4 miles from the bay and some are stopped at the street.The drive through is probably the weirdest setup ever but I do remember when it was the perfect drive through, not sure why they ever changed it and more unsure why Subway doesn't use it.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can go right in the restaurant with a wheelchair.

Great food, but they continually get orders wrong. I usually give them another shot every 6-12 months, and without fail, within the first 3 orders after starting to go there again, they get something wrong.

Good experience at the A&W in Sparwood. The staff was very attentive, and quickly came out to the front even though they seemed busy in the back assembling orders. I ordered through the app and didn't have to wait long once inside the restaurant. When the food arrived, it was fresh and just as expected. 5-star experience for quick and quality service. Older location that has not been renovated, if that is something you care about.

When the order is correct, food is good. However 50% of the time the order is incorrect. Today I ordered 2 sausage and cheese English muffins and got 2 chicken and cheese English muffins drowning in mayo. We were on our way to an appt so couldn't wait till the order was prepared correctly.
