I get the same sandwich every time I go and I go 4 times a week every time it’s a different price my order hasn’t changed once subway is one of my favourite places to go for a quick lunch but this has gotten to outta hand I’ll have to bring my money to another company so disappointed in sparwood subway.
October 20th 2025 I went to give it another shot and once again absolutely disappointed in this place new workers who definitely have not been trained property veggies where soggy I asked for extra cheese did not get it the lady was rushing me to finish my order and honestly just beyond shocked this place needs some serious fixing asap

I had a great experience at Subway. The staff were friendly and made my sub exactly how I wanted. Everything looked fresh, especially the veggies, and the bread was soft and warm. I really liked how quick the service was — perfect for a Dinner.

Took ruby 10 mins to come out from the back to take our order, and from there on the service was slow… painfully slow, put the bare minimum of toppings on both sandwich’s and when asked to put more on just threw it on the sandwich. When a place advertises “fresh” the ingredients should be fresh and not wilted and gross looking and tasting. My boyfriend got chicken on his sandwich and she didn’t even heat it up let alone ask if he wanted it heated up. I tried a bite, and sorry but cold chicken is not it, quite disgusting and now has to wait the 2 hour drive home to eat his sandwich. Me on the other had got veggies that tasted so gross that I was unable to eat my sandwich either. $40 later and neither of us can eat our sandwich after 7 hours of driving. Very disappointed in the service and quality of subway. Would suggest any of sub place over this establishment.

Took about 10 minutes to come up to the front and take my order, from there on service was slow and inaccurate. I got a chicken rancher, chicken was cold when I asked for it to be heated up…. Who likes cold chicken? As well as she put the bare minimum of toppings on and when asked to put a little more on she gave attitude. Over priced for poor service and unfortunately poor food.

It’s possible we came at a good time but it was very clean, service was good and food was standard subway so it was alright. No need to avoid this place. Unless they have made recent changes or had different people working I’m not sure but employees were helpful and well spoken.

Went on Saturday with my family for supper. First of all, the so-called "fresh" ingredients were not very fresh. Lettuce was "rusty." The pickles looked absolutely disgusting. I got neither on my sub. I got an assorted sub. I found two black hairs in it. One about 2 inches and another longer one about 4 inches. Super gross!! Will not be eating there again.

I was served by Mr.Reddy, who wasn’t paying attention to my conversation, talking in a foreign language and asking me to repeat the toppings.

I am not aware of the Subway standards and practices. I hope there are set standards.
