The most unorganized, unproductive Tim hortons I’ve been too in my life!

Ive been using this Tim's in the morning for a few weeks.
First oddity is they only will take order at a time from on speaker of the double pull through. This slows things down on even a moderate rush.
I order coffee with milk instead of cream. They will use cream 20% of the time, even though on the display they correctly entered milk when taking the order.
They are very polite and im sure if I had time to bring my coffee back they would fix the order...

I came to Tim Hortons with a simple dream: redeem my $1 ice cap.

Four employees tried to apply my coupon like it was the nuclear launch codes. Eventually, one told me, “Just pay first, we’ll fix it after.” So I did. Then I was told, “Oh, you still need to spend more money to get the deal.”

At this point, I’d already spent $25 on food. Apparently, that wasn’t enough for my one dollar ice cap. Against all reason, I bought more food just to make it work.

Then after making my way back to my car with the food I realized I never got my bagel (which I’m still not sure if I ordered or just dreamed of at that point). So I ordered just a bagel with cream cheese. I waited about ten minutes — fine, I’m patient. Then an employee asked if I was “waiting for something.” I said yes, a bagel. She nodded, walked around, took drive-thru orders, stood around a bit, then vanished into the back room like she’d seen the light.

I finally went to the counter for a refund, and only then was told they don’t have everything bagels. Apparently, the plan was just to let me spiritually transcend hunger while waiting.

I arrived at 7:52 AM and left at 8:47 AM — older, hungrier, and emotionally scarred.

Tim Hortons used to be a proud part of my childhood, a symbol of cozy mornings and Canadian comfort. Now it’s an interactive escape room where the prize is disappointment and the coffee is never quite right.

Thanks for the memories, Tim. I’ll never be visiting again.

Absolutely the worst place to go. I ordered online 15 minutes prior just to quickly pick it up, and still ended up waiting another 20+ minutes once I got there. The employees give you attitude for their own mistakes and can’t even read what’s written on a receipt. Half of them don’t even speak English. The store wasn’t busy at all, yet the service was still terrible.

This has got to be the slowest Tim Hortans on planet earth. But I guess its understandable when you got people running the place that can't speak English.

Absolutely horrible service from start to finish. EVERYTIME I go through I am greeted by a man in the drive-through window who is so extremely creepy and says odd things like “there’s my sweet girl”. I have been blunt and short with them but he does not seem to care. Today I ordered a four cheese bagel with EXTRA herb and garlic cream cheese and this is the bs I got. They are seriously horrible there. I will never go back again. I am so sick of the horrible service and disgusting comments. Haven’t had a proper order in the last year. I think we can all agree when we ask you to just close the doors. I think most of us would rather have no Tim Hortons in town than the service we receive now.

Poor Service. I regularly have my food be very cold here as well as drinks. And I sometimes order things with oat milk and they come out with regular milk which I can’t tolerate. So it’s not a good Tim Hortons really

Tim Hortons has gone downhill big-time yet less food and yet the price stays the same or got a little higher. The people in there can hardly understand English when you ask for something.
