Bought a chilly and they ran out so they put a new bag in. I got it as just a bit warm while I wanted it to be hot or warmer. So I asked them to microwave for me but I just realized this cup might not be microwave safe. After I got back the hot chilly and asked them if this cup is microwave safe and one guy confirmed it is microwave safe with confident. But from what I can see in the photo, it is not.

Ordered a classic bagel belt only to receive a bagel with just egg on it ! Will not be returning to the Timmy's in sparwood ever again !

We were alone which is always good, but they were still slightly slow in serving us. The food is standard quality for a Tim Hortons and that's always good too. It is very spacious in the store which earns them bonus points.

Honestly a 1 star rating is even too high for this joke of a branch.. no matter how many times you repeat your order in clear English it will end up wrong. No sense of urgency from the workers. It’s honestly painful stopping here. Waited 20 minutes this morning for what was supposed to be 2 breakfast combos but ended up just being 4 random sandwiches!
