Announced I was using a coupon upon entry to the drive-thru. Handed staff physical coupon. Receipt shows the coupon was not entered. Paid full price, + extra fee for 'coffee' when I never asked for a larger size. Feeling ripped off.

Terrible service tonight from the guy running the drive thru, he said his name was Karen. I placed an order on the mobile app, they didnt have some of the items I ordered (some items on the app are marked as unavailable) so when I was asked what alternatives I wanted I said none ill take a refund on those items. He refused to give me a refund said it wasnt possible because it was the mobile app. So I said fine if you can give me a gift card for the amount he said he couldn't. So I turned into a Karen and asked for the manager he said there was none. He then said I could get a refund if I came back tomorrow what an absolute joke. What have we become.

Onion rings had raw batter that was white in appearance still. They were soggy and fell apart with any touch. Burger patties were also overcooked and dry. I understand that this is fast food and I don't have high expectations for fast food but this was bad. The cashier also didn't use soap after cleaning tables and taking trash out before prepping food again...

Everything is good food wise. But the Drive thru is a little weird. There will be No one behind you and the ask you to go park in a really odd/awkward spot. Away from the windows. I don't get it?

just visited this restaurant with my cousins the girl working there her name was SIMRAN we ordered through drive-through. She served us. She was so humble even she was on training I believe because her coworker told me because they asked us to wait because of our order was big and she was such a humble girl, I hope I see her type of employee in every restaurant. I will always visit to this restaurant whenever I come next.

Visited this weekend after a long drive back from Vancouver island to Whistler. Was hoping for a quick pit stop snack and rest break before driving the final stretch home.

Attempted to give me order 3 times when asked by the cashier what I would like to order. Each time I started speaking he immediately looked away and didn't not listen to my order. He seemed more interested in a conversation some other customers were having behind me. After the 3rd attempt I gave up and walked out of the store without ordering anything.

Ordered Mama burger combo. For my order less a minute. Fries is cold. Burger is not hot. I think the food was prepared a while ago.

The cashier girl is nice. Should tell everyone whenever they will charge extra $.
