Wouldn't even give a star for this.. but had no choice. They serve people water n pop instead of the mixed drink they ordered. If you want to get ripped off than this is the place to go.

Ive had multiple poor experiences here. I can agree with the multiple racist claims. Fortunately I think the heavily tattooed manager has left and works at a local tattoo shop now. One I won't be visiting.

Nice bar, you have pizza, many beers to choose from, arcade, pool tables, some live gigs, cool staff, the chieftain is the spot for late night downtown when almost everything else is closed.

Change the name of this bar to what ever you want the goat the tavern what ever, This is always going to be the Chieftain Squamish’s famous Dive bar. My Grandfathers ghost and other old time loggers sprits still live here. Like the inside upgrades but should of left the signs outside men’s entrance at the one door and the sign that says ladies and escorts on the other. This place will be always the Chieftain hotel no matter what new squamish tries to do. Historical loggers dive bar of British Columbia.

I had my partner's 30th birthday here and it was THE BEST TIME EVER. Chris was extremely accommodating, everyone had the best time ever. He helped ensure all the to-dos were hit, I felt like I was in the best hands. 10/10 would work with this group again.
