Amazing services, our waiter accommodated our special request really well. He went above and beyond to find us a candle for my birthday celebration despite it’s a sudden request. The speakeasy room was by far the best place in the restaurant. Intimate yet functional. The food was well executed, there are a good variety of drinks that are done nicely, especially the Ramos Gin Fizz.

It’s a treat go to Cordelia’s for wine & Appie. Beautiful, delicious food & the only waterfront (Mamquam Blind Channel) restaurant. The service is genuine, welcoming & timely.

I have been contemplating writing this review for some time now. I have decided it is better said than unsaid. Cordelia's locker is a beautiful space in one of the most amazing and diverse towns in Canada. After reviewing their website I will say their propaganda based empowering message about supporting women in the restaurant is a bunch of malarkey and the catalyst for this review. Let's start with the reservation ...they took a page right out of Air Canadas playbook and over book creating unnecessary line ups for what I have to believe are all first time customers because having gone through that experience I know I will never partake in that kind of mismanagement ever. And now for the service or lack thereof. What little service we did get was provided by servers run off their feet and looked down on by owner management. The counter service you would expect at Macdonald is not far off. The excuse we were given was covid has been hard on the industry…..That may have been the case a year ago. What I would say is their terrible management and what I was told gouging up to 50% of the servers tips were taken by the owners. No wonder it's a glorified Mcdonalds. Then there is the thirsty gouging of over priced food with underperforming flavour and presentation. The lack of professionalism I witness by the owner/manager and their poor treatment of staff should be reported to labor relations. They are trying to garner support for their business by playing on the empowering of women when all we say was women in power putting down women trying their best….gross.

What a wonderful restaurant! A true hidden gem in Squamish, the view of the Chief right on the river WOW! The proprietor is so lovely, the food is basically made right in front of you on the terrace. My mom and I drive to Squamish just to eat here as a special treat, it's great.

We booked a reservation for a Bachelorette party months in advance. We arrive, the view is beautiful, the spot can’t be beat, and we sit down. There was wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us, which we preordered and it was great the restaurant can do that. Although, everything else was MEH at best for me. The concept is unique and hard to understand. There is *kind of* table service, and the chalkboard stating you need to order for yourself at the counter is placed not at the main door, but a side door. So we waited, and waited, and waited. To our surprise, they serve Tattinger champagne but don’t offer table service. Lol? Could be a unique concept if it was more clear, but not ideal for large groups. We had one person with us who has a medical condition which requires some dietary restrictions, although not much. Basically, no fruit, garlic or onion. They could eat plain meat and carbs no problem. I, myself, having some dietary restrictions, looked at the menu and saw they could feed our friend with only slight modification. She gets up to go inside to ask, and was YELLED at by the chef/owner Kelly. To the point where Kelly was red in the face. Our friend, rightfully so, left and ate at another establishment, where she learned this is not rare behaviour from the restaurant. If it were my bachelorette, I would have asked everyone to leave and go somewhere else so we could enjoy a meal TOGETHER. I understand short staffing is a problem right now, but when a reservation is made well in advance, they should prepare. Also, this is BC. I travel a lot for work, and some places it’s harder than others to match my own restrictions, but the lower mainland has always been a breeze. If you are so upset to cater to your paying guests, you are in the wrong business. My bill alone was $99, for 1 glass of wine, shared charcuterie, a corn cob, and salmon. I imagine our group was $1,000-1,500. Yet they could not, or would not, accommodate. It is like Tapas but with fine dining prices. The corn was undercooked, and not served how street corn typically is, and was not stated as such on the menu. I’m just thankful it wasn’t a first date. It’s a real shamble because the view is amazing, the location is everything, and our specific server was fine enough. But the poor business practices will do this place in. I would not recommend to go here with more than 3 people.

As a foodie and someone with high expectations, I was incredibly impressed with the food and service. My meal was some of the most delicious food I’ve had in a long time and the team was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the view! Treat yourself!

Kid-friendliness: My daughter, who is 8, was most welcome and really enjoyed her meal.

Went for early dinner. They were unable to cut the corn in half without dropping half on the floor. Then waiting 30 min for them to make more and they gave us the other half. Disappointed! Food was quite nice but portions tiny and not anything special. Enjoyed the salad.

I made a joke about paying for the view as we walked up, and unfortunately it didn't turn out to be a joke.Quite disappointed with our experience. We should have realized when we got there by the amount of unbussed tables. I think it was a staffing issue which was unfortunate. We ordered 4 items. 1 was never brought out. The flatbread dough was very bland needed salt, they could have been quite nice. The pork belly however was very good, and the potato salad was tasty.I am quite sure I was overcharged. I was charged almost $80 for 2 $8 dollar wines, 2 $12 flatbreads and a pork belly. So unless the 4th item wasn't removed, even though I asked.I didn't even want to go back by the time I realized it.Anyway very disappointed because it looked really good.

Great thoughtful food - unreal ingredients and combinations. The best margarita I have had out in a while; 10/10 cocktails.
