This is just another franchise of Dairy Queen but there is something wrong at this one. Their freezers don’t seem to work. I have tried once per year to give them the chance at redeeming themselves but I refuse to buy ice cream here. The ice cream WILL NOT make it home if you go through the drive-thru. Any ice cream product coming from the machine turns to a runny mess within five minutes. The last time I tried was a week ago, it was barely 10 degrees outside and it was basically creamy cold soup when I got home. Worst Dairy Queen ever if you can’t put the ICE in the ICE cream. The service and restaurant are as they should be.

I buy food from this store first while travelling to whistler. I think it is my best choice to choose this . Because the food is awesome and the specially the staff of this dq is so polite. I highly recommend to give a chance to just taste the blizzards and onion rings.

The service here is painfully slow. Each time I've been here, there have never been any other customers or anybody in the drive thru and yet my food takes 15 minutes to come out. They serve icecreams with the kids meals and they give them to you first so they're totally melted by the time the food even comes out. It makes no sense to me. The staff here do not seem happy, I've never once been greeted with a smile. Today we waited so long for our food that I had to rush out the door when it finally came only to find they forgot to give us items.

The positive is it's always clean.

Ice cream is always half melted the second you get it it’s literally soup lol. A lot of dining tables. Drive through is very slow. I do love the location and the patio. Over all it could be better.
