Joe Pesto's Wood Fired Pizzeria

One of the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They are rude and the line is always busy. I will never order from them again.

If you don’t get a busy signal then you’ll be placed on hold. Someone *may* pick up the phone within 10-20 min then hang up on you. Or like we’ve done many times, we’ve been on hold and driven to the restaurant (still on hold!) then to be told ‘sorry, what would you like to order?’? Then we wait for 45-60 min for the order. It’s good pizza but unless you go into the restaurant, be prepared for hours on hold and waiting for food. We’ve told the staff many times to not put customers on extended hold and they really don’t care. It’s always the same ‘sorry’.

You guys kidding me? I ate this, got it with my pizza on Saturday night, I’ve just noticed the date!!! $100 on pizza and I get 2 year expired dip???

I would have been very happy to get home made dip. I asked the hostess/waitress at the front door when I came in for garlic dip and that is what she brought me..this is absolutely disgusting. You have those dips in your restaurant clearly, maybe you guys should figure out what is in your fridges. I am making a report to the health authority about this. I am shocked. $100 for three pizzas and food poisoning. Thanks

Joe Pestos still doing it! ( doing it again?) I have not stopped in for quite a while until today BUT still….great location, great pizza, great atmosphere. Joe is still in charge!

Good pizza . Terrible service when trying to order take out . Line always ‘busy’ and put on hold for 15 minutes. I’ve actually gone to the place to pre order thinking it was something wrong with my phone. To walk in and see they aren’t busy.
This has now happened four times.
Bad service one star.
Also I’ve asked for extra cheese three times and they never put extra cheese….

I’ve now tried to order take out on three separate occasions and the service has been exceptionally poor! I’ve been put on hold for 15 mins, called 8 times in the span of a half an hour to get call failed, and now when I tried calling, they picked up the phone, said nothing and set it down, leaving me asking if anyone’s there, for at least 5 mins… that’s pretty rude and unacceptable customer service. The pizzas are great, unfortunately this kinda customer service is loosing my business… do better!

This pizza was so good, I didn’t even get a chance to take a photo—it disappeared that fast! Easily the best pizza I’ve had in the Sea to Sky region. It had everything a proper pizza should: incredible flavor, perfectly charred crust, and just the right balance of toppings. If you’re a true pizza lover, this spot is a must-visit!

Joe Pestos has, hands down, the best pizza in town. The Joe Rogie and the mushroom pizza (I forget its name but it’s something clever) is amazing. It’s the crust and the unique ingredients… so good! Lovely atmosphere too 🥰

I ordered last Friday(18th) 4 pizzas to be delivered for a little get together. They arrived an hour late with a missing pizza which I had to phone and phone to get ahold of the place. After 10 minutes of her trying to figure out if I was "actually" missing a pizza she asked if I would be coming to get it! No, I got delivery and tipped 20 bucks to find out this. She said oh and said well I can get you a refund but my manager is busy can she phone you tonight or tomorrow? Sure.
No one called me so I called Sunday and a gentleman said the manager/owner wasn't there and would phone me around 430. Nothing.
I have phone every day since and no answer and no way to leave a message so here it is. Over a 100$ bill and with costs these days I expect to get what I paid for. I hyped you guys to my friends and you actually embarrassed me.

Incredible pizza 💜 we got the fun guy and mama pesto. Both were amazing. Love that they don't charge extra for vegan cheese (I wish other places did this!). Highly recommend, it's on par with New York pizza!

Vegetarian options: Easy to change any pizza and make it vegetarian or vegan or gluten free. They don't charge extra for vegan cheese!

Satisfying pizza on those days when you crave the delicious Italian specialty that the entire world loves. Lots of choices in toppings, Good chewy dough, the right amount of moisture. Yum after Squamish outdoor activities!
