Very disappointed this newyears at match. Had reservations, called at 530 and was sold on the steak Oscar, and when it came to order, you were sold out? The place was empty. No newyears theme like other years, and the NOCHOS had to be the worst thing ever, asked for extra cheese, I think they put valvetta cream cheese on and could not eat Didn't want to complain in front of my partner, tipped the waitress well as not her fault. Left by 1015pm. No ambiance, lights on full blast, no new years party things(hats, blowers, balloons. Please do not advertise as a new years eve bash, instead it was a bomb. Our last time for casino newyears tradition

got seated at a table at 6:40pm, waitress showed up to order at 7:20pm, 7:40pm manager shows up and says they ran out of wings(it was wings night) and stated a waitress will be by to take orders at a discount in a few minutes, i had already been there an hour so I left. Not the first time Ive had that experience there so wont be back.

Tried to get a reservation for dinner for 10 people for Saturday. Called at 12;30 Friday and talked to server and talked to same server again at 3:30. She had passed message to manager x3 for him to get back to me that day as said I would have to message people if can’t go there. I am still waiting for that call from Manager 24 hours later. He could have told server to say No but now he has not only missed out on a definite 10 people and tips for tonight but has also missed out on booking 40+ people for a Christmas luncheon in December. Shame on you.

We had an enjoyable time dining here, mostly thanks to our wonderful waiter. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name, but his service was exceptional—humorous, attentive, and made the whole experience memorable. Honestly, I’d come back just for him! The food itself was average, and there weren’t many vegetarian options on the menu, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, the great service made up for it.

It’s my go to place. Love the people that work there, but the music list. The music list. There are only two places I hear the same songs played on repeat as much as I do here. 1 is mountain FM and the second is my 2 year old that will replay the exact same song over and over and over. Just let the people who work there pick the music. No one needs corporate to decide what music lists to play on repeat.

Nice patio view. Not much of a beer selection and the nachos had cheese whiz or something on them in addition to real cheese. Cocktails are bland and weak. Better to seek out the daily special elsewhere in town.

I recently went here to pick up my order(Skip the Dishes) and the experience was extremely disappointing. I was left waiting for the food for around 30 minutes. After that, they informed me they were just starting to prepare it. When they finally handed me my order, they didn't even apologize for the delay. To make matters worse, the staff member who spoke to me(not a waiter) was very rude. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from here – you won't get your food on time.

Great view! Good food! Nice that's it's connected to the casino ?? but service wasn't fantastic. My hubby drinks and I don't for medical reasons, but that doesn't mean I should get an eye roll and "what without liquor in it? Alrighty then." when I order a plain cranberry juice. Also the server asked my hubby "order enough food or need more?" When she dropped the 3 plates of applies. Made him feel like a fatty LOL she needs to learn what's appropriate to say and not. otherwise great experience and will still be back.

Service was super slow (we were warned ahead of time that food wait would be 45min so we weren't surprised), but server was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Poutine is fantastic. Mac was great, more spice than I was expecting.

I'm sorry for their customers. The front staff behind the desk is very rude. I was sitting with my friends and the lady behind the counter was very aggressive and rude to the skip drivers.

Owners probably couldn't care less, Come on guys, you could have use more gentle words when you talk to people. Try to be nice.

Up to 3 stars as their staff is incredible and super accommodating!
