BEWARE i went thru the drive thru and used my debit card my order was almost $40 when i got home and looked at my bank statement i was charged twice now i have to wait up to 6 weeks to get my $40 back not impressed i would give ZERO STARS it has been 69 days and i am still waiting for my $40 back i am ready to file a lawsuit with your company make it right!

Worst service at a McDonalds I’ve ever experienced. Waited for dine-in order for 20 minutes, and got the wrong drinks after all this. You can’t pour your own drinks here. Waiting for our food, we saw 3 other customers come back to the front to get their messed up orders fixed. They should offer a mystery combo here…you order and they just put whatever they want in your bag.

The manger here needs to learn customer service skills. I paid for a burger and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru & then forgot to put it in the bag. I showed my bag to the manager and showed them my receipt. They continued to raise their voice in front of other customers . One customer even said “customer service 101”. Won’t be coming back here.

Possibly the WORST McDonald’s in Western Canada. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER. IT IS MOST LIKELY WRONG. (checking it on the screen means nothing. They’ll just put the wrong stuff in the bag and then act surprised if you point out that it was wrong. Again.

No monopoly stickers on my hashbrowns this morning. Rip off. Ordered an extra hashbrown to get the extra plays and they gave me regular wrappers. The game is until Nov 4 and it's still October.
