Our party of 5 had a variety of different offerings from the 3-course prix fixe menu and we weren't disappointed by any of them. I had the evening special of elk burger. Best burger I've had in years. The food and the service have both improved since the change in ownership a few years back, but the vibe and the ambiance are largely intact. We will go more often.
Fantastic 3 course tasting menu from start to finish! Special extras like the potato balls over red bell pepper aioli, warm sourdough bread and chocolate covered nuts were unexpected surprises. Even though the price for the tasting menu is $88, there was so much food that we took home leftovers for the next two days! The food was very-good, not great, not just-good. The ambiance was incredibly amazing, not very-good or great. I sat the the bar for dinner and it was a fantastic experience. In the front room, think grandfather's basement comfort with elevated cocktails and high-end food. Perfect combo of quality and comfort.
