Ordered from here a lot of times never missed anything but this time order a spicy peanuts noodle box for takeout with crispy chicken but they missed out the protein and they offered me to add protein to my already made order which is cold now and i would have to drive back for another 15 mins so there is no point…. very poor customer service….

I had a very poor experience at the Noodlebox in Squamish. After ordering two meals for my teenage kids, we waited over half an hour with no updates. When I politely asked how much longer it would be, the woman at the cash register completely ignored me. Another customer beside me mentioned she had been treated rudely as well and had already been waiting an hour and a half for her food.
We were running late for where we needed to be, so I asked for a refund — again, I was ignored. It wasn’t until the chef came out that anyone acknowledged us or apologized. He was kind and processed the refund, but the lack of basic customer service from the front staff was really disappointing.

I came by chance to this place today and I couldn’t choose better! I had a pad Thai and it was absolutely delicious!! Also, staff were super kind and helpful. Not only all that, also prices are super affordable. I highly recommend this place and I am definitely coming back.

You have so much potential with your dine-in space, but everything is messed up. You need to have napkin dispensers on the tables. Also maybe spice rack. You also really need a water fountain or some sort of customer self-serve water station.

Honestly I love what I usually get there, but I always ask for extra broccoli for like 1.45$ and never actually get more broccoli. Not a big fuss, but my order today didn't have the extra broccoli at 1.45$, it also didn't have the organic tofu I asked for at 2.95$. That's over 4$ of stuff I paid for and didn't get in my food. I'm not one to complain for stuff like this and I've let it slide for a while but this time I'm kinda bummed. Probably won't eat there anymore if I'm getting consistently ripped off...
Food is lower average but cheap. What is the worst is their website. Don't think I would like to put my address down just to order my food. Also the web doesn't work properly.

We ordered the spicy peanut dry noodle (4*) with good amount of peanut sauce & not too spicy & tom yum noodle soup(2*) it was disappointed bce it taste nothing like the tom yum soup at all just spicy. We also added extra $4+ plug for beef sirloin for both dishes but the cut was so chewy & tough to eat, it was not eatable totally wasted for the $ & meat. We will try other Noodlebox place but will stay away on ordering beef though. I forgot to take picture but felt that I need to post the review due to the quality of the meat and hope that they can improve it, so there was no waste on uneatable meat.

i have ordered online from this restaurant 3 times, 2 times on uber and 1 time doordash, the first order i ordered it came with coke but i didn't receive the coke, i overlooked this small mistake but this time i was really disappointed, the rice was terribly salty, even the meat and shrimp were burnt
