they messed up my order. I ordered white mocha and they gave me just mocha, they also spelled my name wrong so when they called the name (totally a different name) for giving drink I didn’t even know it’s mine, then keep giving me attitude (the staff who took my order gave me attitude when I just first stepped in the store) instead of saying sorry.

Love that they made mid day squares. Wish the soy milk was unsweetened though. You can add your own sugar. Starbucks making us consume more sugar

I asked for some ice and was told I’d have to buy something even though I’ve been a regular customer. The staff was polite and smiling, but it was clear they were just following company policy. That’s the issue. The warmth feels fake when it’s tied to a transaction.

Starbucks presents itself as a welcoming, community space, but in reality, it’s a private, profit-driven environment where access depends on continuous consumption. There’s no real care here, only a performance of it. Denying something as basic as ice unless you buy more reveals what the company truly values.

Its a Starbucks, their fancy stuff is ok but full ofnsugar unless you ask for substitutes. Food is all pre-made. Their plain filter coffee is terrible, stick to the espresso drinks.

For 5 $ a coffee if they messed up your order you would at least expect to redo it not make you add milk in it when that's not what you requested.

Spent a lot of money at Starbucks only to get drinks made incorrectly. When we pointed it out (after just one sip), we were told by the guy(Dev) he will refund us but not fix the order. He was very rude. That’s ridiculous. We didn’t come for a refund.we came for good coffee, which we didn’t get. Really poor service

Good place for a quick bite and coffee break before continuing with our journey. This is a bikers stop over with majority of their patrons are bikers. They loiter around the area so you need a little navigating before you can enter the establishment. Washroom needs a little TLC when we came visit with used tissue papers litered on the floor. Service was a bit longer than my usual wait time. Still a good place to get quality coffee.
