I came here on my birthday & used my reward for the free birthday drink & i got my normal drink i get everyday!! First i wanted a iced drink they made a drink that was supose to be iced with no ice that was hot then i tryed it & it taste really milky & no flavour when i got 7 pumps of vanilla... that makes no sense & when i took it back for her to fix it the short older caucasian lady with brown/blonde hair maybe late 40's -50 maybe even 60's she gave me attuide & was being so rude & disrespectful & has no customer service skills & she said " it gona taste the same but il remake it" & mumbling under her breath to co workers like excuse me thats not customer service i ussd to work for starbucks i know what training you have to do i know you literally get taught to not be rude if u made my drink wrong fix it that what customer service is she needs to redo training or maybe find another job because customer service is clearly not in her set of skills at all, im extremely disappointed with how i was treated by this unprofessional girl

Terrible service. I didn't tip and as revenge the staff served 4 people that ordered after me get their drinks before me. I waited a total of 35 minutes for one simple drink.

There are two blonde girls that work the counter and they are extremely rude.

They have no customer service, they were talking to each other and made me feel like I was disrupting their conversation when I tried to order.

They made my drink terribly. I ordered green tea and the tea bag was cut and the little herbs were flying in my drink and into my mouth.

Rehire baristas because these girls are not it.

Never going there again.

The people who work here, they were very rude. I asked for some sugar, and the girl was like very rude and like not being able to do two things at the same time. Lame.

They were both blonde the ones were rude. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I try not to go to this Starbucks anymore and if I do I place a mobile order I find the staff extremely rude every time I go there. Two girls in particular I think they both are supervisors as well, but one time I asked a question about a promotion in the app and the lady replied back majorly rude like I was trying to scam her or something because she wasn’t aware of it. The second time they charged me twice for one drink and said there was nothing they could do about it. I could go on with other bad experiences.

I recently visited the Starbucks on Hunter Place in Squamish, a location I usually stop at whenever I visit. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing when a particular barista is on duty. This employee consistently fills my coffee cup with less than what it's supposed to be, which is quite frustrating given the price. Despite warning her and telling her it should be more, she just stared at me with annoyance and pretended to fill it up, adding only one drop. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store leaves much to be desired. The sink in the washroom was awfully dirty, and the floor was disgusting. I hope management can address these issues to improve the customer experience.
