You’re better off ordering from the drive through than ordering ahead online. Even with a full staff they’re very inefficient and disorganized with managing online orders

Ordered egg bites for my kid and it took 35 minutes to get them! I kept asking about my order and got dismissed several times. Three other clients ended up leaving without their order. It was not till minute 30 that somebody (Anita) finally listened, comped my order and put the egg bites in the oven. Definitely not the service standard expected from Starbucks.

My husband went in and got some yummy afternoon coffees for us, so I was not actually inside the restaurant.

Today I went there in the morning to pick up the order and I was there before time, but out of the five people that are working there. Nobody even made the order earlier or didn’t even ask like which order you are having and they are just making the customers order for front And made my order late for delivery.

Corporate chain and my body hurts after sitting here
Starbucks’ Mocha Frappe is the perfect blend of rich chocolate and smooth coffee. It’s refreshing, sweet but not overpowering, and great for a warm day or an afternoon pick-me-up. The consistency is creamy, and the chocolate drizzle on top adds a nice touch.

Highly acceptable in terms of ambience of cleanliness, sanitization & friendliness, Starbucks, situated beside sea-to-sky highway in Squamish, on way to Whitchler, offers good assortment of fast food items with coffee, fruit juice of highest quality, enhancing number of gourmet visitors, creating a come-again-to-Sturbuck-feeling.

Wont even fill up a water bottle when literally nobody else is even in the store without buying anything. Very strange policy, and lack of willingness by a barista to go out of their way for somebody is odd. Not like nearly everybody hasn’t spent hundreds of dollars over their lifetime at a Starbucks.

““I’ve seen toddlers handle disappointment better than Miler Brayden at Starbucks.”
I don’t usually waste time on Google reviews, because most are just a place for entitled people to complain anonymously when they don’t get what they want—but when I saw this while checking the store hours, I couldn’t resist. I watched Miler Brayden put on a full performance because staff wouldn’t break his $100 bill for an order under $10—then, in a generous twist, he suggested they just give it to him for free, even though his companion was offering to pay. Not long ago, cash wasn’t even accepted (ehem, COVID), but sure, let’s pretend Starbucks is your personal bank… despite the actual bank across the street. Being a senior should mean more wisdom, not more entitlement. And shame on you for publicly dragging a hardworking employee through the mud—many of these workers are teenagers and students, juggling school and life while dealing with customers like you. Good for you, Chloe—you handled it better than most would have, including me. You and your team have always been great to me; maybe an order gets mixed up (mine never has), takes a little longer during busy times—hey, they offer mobile orders—or excessive customizations aren’t possible (restaurants don’t let you create off-menu meals). Here’s a hint, Miler—you might have actually gotten your order for free if you hadn’t been so awful. Be kind, people, and think before you click. These people are our children and grandchildren, many working their very first jobs, like we all did—a little patience and understanding goes a long way. And remember: no matter how loud you yell, the customer isn’t always right.

We are an elderly couple who requested food and beverages, but unfortunately, we didn’t have smaller bills to pay with. Instead of helping us resolve the issue, a lady named Chloe argued with us continuously. Her customer service was horrible—truly unimaginable and unacceptable from Starbucks.

Ordered a sandwich at the drive thru, bacon was not cooked properly and was just thrown in folded in half in a big pile :(
Not impressed
Do better please
