It’s my first time visiting this store, I usually just order a double chocolate chip cream frappe because I can’t have caffeine, so when I tried getting that, the cashier told me it was not available. So naturally, I asked what was the closest drink they could make for me. The guy asked this girl Katie for help and she didn’t even acknowledge me when I asked her, she just sarcastically answered “hot chocolate doesn’t have caffeine” and she walked away like I was an inconvenience for her. I have been to different locations and they would happily make a substitute drink for me without me having to ask. I also work in the service industry, so if your workplace is toxic, don’t let it affect the quality of your service. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I’m not one to make a bad review but, I go to this location very often. I ordered Venti Pumpkin spice iced chai latte, with shot of espresso. The lady in the drive through asked us 3 times and we repeated it 3 times and still got it wrong.

I understand short staffed making excessively slow service but rude service? Absolutely not. The one girl went to hand us the wrong beverage, then proceeded to blame the other girl for entering our order wrong, which she hadn't. They didn't know if we'd paid or not. Then she was pretty snarky, asking, "What were you supposed to get?" Repeated the order. First drink came out correct now. Tried to give the same incorrect drink again. Said we were still waiting for what we ordered. 3 staff came to examine the order screen and we finally got the correct drink thrust through the window at us. Thanked her and said, "Have a good night." because clearly she was not having a good time. When she stomped off, muttering, "Yeah, whatever.", we stopped feeling any empathy and understanding for the situation in the store. At least the coffees were truly great because the service was atrocious, and the attitude was a straight-up zero.

We grabbed a coffee and were a little surprised at how big this Starbucks is. The service is okay, but at certain times you can wait 10 minutes for your coffee. However, the fast WiFi helps to bridge the waiting time.

Worst service - the girl that was working there was purposely going SO slow it was comical! If you don’t like your job QUIT!

A little difficult to get to of you don't know where it is. Had to loop around in the main highway. Driveway is a little odd- have to go through gas station lane.
Inside is huge. Wide open and nicely laid out. Friendly staff.

One of the slowest and under staffed Starbucks. Every time the wait for drinks gets longer and longer. Today 25 minutes!!! Insane. The place needs effective management and more staff to handle the drive through and mobile orders. No acknowledgment by staff of business or delay to drinks. Go somewhere else.

This is easily one of the better cafe experiences in terms of ambience. The light, the amount of sitting capacity, and the accessible furniture make this an awesome place to sip coffee after a tiring hike.
