I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Subway store on 17 October 2025 at approximately 8:00 PM.
Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by the staff member on duty, and instead was met with an unfriendly demeanor and what appeared to be a disapproving facial expression. Throughout the interaction, I remained polite and respectful, yet the service I received was unprofessional and discourteous.
When I politely requested that my sandwich be toasted a second time, the staff member initially refused, stating it would make the sandwich hard. After I confirmed that I was fine with that, she reluctantly agreed, but did so with a visible expression of annoyance and responded, “Your wish,” in a dismissive tone.
This has been my go-to location for quite some time, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering returning. It is disheartening to receive such treatment, especially as a loyal customer. I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any food establishment, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking during my visit.
I hope that the ownership and management team will take this feedback seriously and address the issue appropriately with the staff involved. Failing to do so may result in further loss of customer trust and business.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements in service should I choose to return in the future

The staff member was incredibly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. A Punjabi girl handed me my order but still questioned if it was mine, which made no sense. When I asked for a bag, she refused unless I paid for it—yet she had no problem giving me the order itself. On top of that, the food was a mess, with the toppings completely out of order and not in the right proportions. I will never return to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Even if there were no other options, I still wouldn’t come back.

The staff member was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. When I requested a bag for my pickup order, she refused to provide one unless I paid for it. As for the food, it was a complete mess—the toppings I selected were not in the right quantities or order. I will never return to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Even if every other store were closed, I still wouldn’t come back.

The Girl was very rude she did not know how to talk to the customer, when asked for bag even it was a pickup order, she did not give any bag and asked to pay for it. For the food, it was messed up, the toppings I selected were not in the quantities right order. Never ever coming back to this location and recommending to anyone even if all the other stores closed I wont ever come back.

I ordered online but a Punjabi girl was becoming clever, she did not give me bag but I paid for bag afterwards she made sooo rude behaviour .....Really I was very disappointed

They finished making my sub at 8:42pm. I sat down to eat it, and the staff politely asked me to leave saying there dinning room had closed. I wouldn't have eaten here on my dinner break knowing that I'd have to sit in my cold car.

Sub over toasted, one washroom out of order, the other out of toilet paper, at least one booth seat broken, tears in both sofas, and half the tables dirty when I arrived (despite there being two people, one of whom was not working behind the counter).
