All of the food we got here was really good. My wife and I split 3 plates assuming the were tapas sized, But they could be eaten as a main. my only regret was not trying the dessert
Such a cozy little gem in Squamish! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the level of food is truly impressive — rare to find around Vancouver. Our waitress was amazing, very attentive, and explained each dish in detail. Tartars were absolutely incredible! Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.
A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to taste their fall menu. My favourite part was getting to hear from Chef Jay and his team about the dishes, the creative cocktails, the challenges and creativity that come from a unique kitchen setup.
First off, the food is incredibly delicious and wildly creative. Go try it and while you’re at it, ask about the dish and how it was conceived. You can’t not be impressed by what they produce to plate with the limitations...
