Great sandwiches. The bread is not overwhelming so the ingredients really standout. The deli was super flavourful, the Italian was more fresh tasting.

Big recommend.

Seriously, if you you’re looking for the best sandos in the Sea-to-Sky area, look no further. The Buvette has it all, imported wine, craft beers, insane coffee and even the cutesy little boutique. The design of this place is very cutesy. Everything little details is picture worthy!

Sara and Constance, the two owners created this amazing restaurant that makes you feel like you’re in cool vibey coffee /apero spot back in Montreal. Lovely gals to meet !

A great discovery in Squamish! The perfect place to have a good coffee and a sandwich to take away before setting off on an adventure, or to treat yourself to a little aperitif break after a day outdoors. The welcome is warm, and the products are of very good quality. I fell in love with the Vegi Sando sandwich, fresh and tasty, and the Whipped Feta Dip, absolutely delicious! A must stop, whether you are in the area… or not :)

Best sub in BC. Hands down. I would drive 1.5 hours to have these sandwiches again. We tried the meat and the veggie sandwich both 10/10. Wish Vancouver had a place this good.

Next time I’d would like to try the deli sandwich which was sold out when we got there.

Highly recommend.?

Sandwiches actually WERE the best I ever had in Squamish... but $20/sandwich after tax and tip... ??‍♂️
Is that what a good sandwich goes for these days? If it is, then this IS the place to go

Really wanted to like this place, but waiting 40 minutes to take away one sandwhich is disappointing. Coupled by the fact that I kept on hearing the employees complain about other customers not tipping, the service was just not great. Was the sandwich good? Yes it was, but this visit was very disappointing.

Grabbed coffee with my girls friends yesterday and the service was amazing! Will be coming back soon.

Also, love the retro vibes in there!

Veggie sando was amazing! And the pickled tomatillos with dill ricotta and crackers, perfect late lunch! Will add this to my regulars when in the Whistler/Squamish area

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Squamish was in need of something like this. The sandos are jam packed and they have the best natural wine list in town.

Great sandwich but special sauce way too hot. Ate half to start but next morning sauce made sandwiches inedible.

Incredible sandwiches, good coffee and a lovely patio. If only they had proper coffee cops instead of single use, this place would be the full package.

2024 Eats: BC #9, Sandwich #1; originally planned on having lunch at Howe Sound, but their kitchen was down/having issues.

Had found The Buvette from browsing on Google Maps and the food pics and reviews looked good! We ordered the meat sando $16 to share.

The sandwich was a bit smaller than expected (compared to other pics), and since I couldn't/didn't see the sandwich get made I couldn't shake the review I read of someone stating they felt these were pre-made and not fresh.

Overall it was tasty and I particularly enjoyed the cheese and arugula. While it didn't look/seem big, it was pretty substantial.

Only other thing to note is that when paying here tax was higher than the all the other places I paid in the rest of BC. Maybe federal was baked into the other prices but here they add both federal and provincial after the fact
