One of the best BBQ burgers around with a real deal pickle! Paired well with a nice local Pale ale from Backcountry Brewing. Side house salad was top notch with feta cheese and pickled veggies was a nice touch. Sorry no food photos I was hungry and it was delicious:)

The food was freshly prepared and tasty, so the waiting time felt justified. The French fries were delicious with a great Cajun flavour. We ordered the blackened chicken, the hot blonde crispy chicken burger, and the Cajun falafel patty burger — the falafel burger was especially delicious and unique.
For sides, the chicken soup and fries were good, but the house salad was average and didn’t really stand out. Overall, the food quality was good, though it felt a little pricey for the portion sizes.

I had a wonderful experience at The Copper Coil Still & Grill in Squamish. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. What truly stood out was the excellent service from Jules—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Jules made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and ensured everything was just right throughout our visit. It’s rare to find service that adds so much to the overall dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Squamish.

A power outage brought us back! Love the Cajun/Louisiana vibe. I really enjoyed the brisket French dip. I hadn’t had one that tasty in years. There’s a terrific selection of craft beers on tap. Fun, quirky bar decorated with cheeky signage and a few skeletons. A cool place where you can come as you are.

The good came out fast and hot. It was a rather quiet night so it was fun with the family. The smoked brisket was very Smokey for my tastes that was perfect my wife not so much. I don’t like that the tips start at 18% especially for pub food but that might just be me.

My gf and I came to Squamish for the day and night. We stayed at the Crash Hotel and walked across the street to the Copper Coil for a bite to eat. Despite all the amazing choices that all sounded delicious, we settled on the Beef Brisket Dip…wow! We made the right choice! An explosion of flavour, the brisket was super tender, the slaw was a perfect compliment to the beef and bun! And the fries were a perfect crispness and crunch ! We can’t wait to try the Black and Blue Burger next time ! Highly recommend The Copper Coil when in Squamish!!!
